Excellent résolution, colour. Moving images are sharp, bright. No issues connecting with Mac as external display, and in both extended and primary display modes. Highly recommended, good value
Fast shipping, love the monitor! The only 27 inch 360hz @ 1080p on the market and it has a better shaped stand, I like the centered flat stands because it takes up less room for me. Now if Dell gets the 500hz in 27 inch, then we're talking!I'm not a nerd when it comes to all the details of blurring, ghosting, overshoot and this and that, all I know is that I like it. Do I notice a difference from 240hz to 360hz? Not really, but I believe at a subconscious, slowed down, micro-level that I might be making a faster decision ;)
So far this is a great monitor. The 360 hz makes gaming on it super smooth. The only thing that took some getting used to was the 1920x1080 resolution on a 27” monitor. The main Windows UI and some of the icons felt very large and pixelated but it doesn’t bother me as much anymore. I did play with the display settings and everything is at 100% and can’t go smaller which is why I might consider a 2k resolution for my working needs.
The monitor arrived without any of the cables (no power cable, no HDMI or USB cables). I have been dealing with customer service for well over two weeks to try and get those cables delivered to me, but so far have had no luck. All I have received is request after request for photos, proof of no cables and other asks. I spent more than half a day on the phone with various technical support staff (who handed me off from one person to the next) to try and resolve the issue to no avail. I am still waiting for the cables almost two and half weeks after receiving the product.
I really like the adjustable piece cause I do use it a lot based on what I'm doing. It's definitely an upgrade from what I was last using which was 144Hz so I can really tell because of how smooth the gameplay is. But I do wish the crosshair in AlienVision was a little bit better because its too big and colors aren't very good. I wish there was different crosshairs I could choose from.
I purchased two of these, one for both sons. They LOVE it and game on it. One had it last year and the other is getting one for Christmas. They play Xbox games and can also play some games specific to PSP (I’m told!).
