I work from home and let me just say this headset has been wonderful. I love that it is comfortable enough to not hurt my ears. The cups surround my ears instead of just laying and putting pressure on them. It is a quick and easy setup. The cord is a great length not too long but not too short. The placement of the mute button is readily accessible on the actual headphone. The mic you can pull out to adjust where you need and when you are finished easily put away. The sound quality is amazing as well as blocking out noises. I highly highly recommend, I can attest because I wear the headset for 10+ hours.

I use the AW520H for a gaming headset and also as my primary work headset (Zoom calls). I've used a variety of headsets over the years (my last being a wireless SteelSeries) and this one might be the best of the bunch. I decided to go wired as I need consistent sound quality for my work calls and I've had issues in the past with wireless headsets having intermittent quality (both Bluetooth & dongle). The build quality seems very good...the wire & connection seem very sound, and not likely to wear with time (I've had wired headsets in the past where an accidental pull of the wire results in complete loss of sound/mic...this one is built like a tank). I've listened to it myself on Zoom test calls and it's noticably better than anything I've had before. We have a 2 year old and I ran a test with crying in the background and didn't hear her in the Zoom replay. I happen to like the Alienware look so I'm very pleased with it sitting on my desktop (photo). From the moment I first plugged it in it's been my primary sound and mic option and I have no plans to change that. If you're looking for a "do everything" headset this is the one you want.

I needed a new pair of headphones for gaming and I cam across these ones for a really good deal I couldn't pass up. I was not disappointed. The sound quality is great! It's unfortunate that you can adjust anything but the volume but I love that you can change the light color on the headphones. They arent 100% sound proof but they do a pretty good job drowning out sounds for the most part! All and all I'm very satisfied with these!

Excellent value gaming headset. The ear cups are very comfortable for a glasses-wearer and large enough to completely cover your ears. The sound quality is great- not audiophile quality but definitely good enough for gaming especially in this price point. I opted for the corded version as I really didn’t want to mess with the wireless business. It’s not like I move around the house with them on. If you’re on the fence I would definitely look at these and don’t fool yourself into thinking you need wireless or “tri-band†when you probably don’t. The cord is very long, the microphone boom retracts into the headset, and you have both USB and 3.5 mm capability. Overall, very satisfied.
In fact, I chose it because it is a gaming headset with a cool design and enhanced bass sound, but the spatial sense and quality of the sound, which is richer than expected, are enough for watching movies and listening to music. The noise-cancelling microphone has conveniently located on/off and hiding functions, and the volume control is also conveniently located. The lights coming into the alien and the overall design are really cool. My boys say that it is comfortable because there is no pressure on the outer ear area even when used for a long time. We are very happy with our choice of this gaming headset!
These headsets are great. They're comfortable, light and sound better than the price you pay. Since they're corded you dont have to worry about power, charging, or a battery eventually malfunctioning. The cord is encased in a woven fabric for extra durability. The microphone slides away and is quite sturdy. The microphone has a mute button and you have an analog volume control. This was built to last many hours and, if cared for, even years. The materials are good quality.
I've tried my fair share of gaming headsets and I can confidently say that this is one of the best. Design-wise it's sleek, lightweight & very comfortable. The cord is very high-quality & durable, it comes with a USB-A to 3.5mm adapter which is really nice! As for the sound quality, it's fantastic! Compared to the headset I primarily used before this one, this headset is truly high-resolution & enhances your gaming experience. Sound is so crucial in gaming & it does a great job at capturing everything clearly. One of my favorite features is the retractable mic! It's truly so hard to find a high-quality mic, an issue you don't have to worry about with this headset. It stays true to it's word & is noise-cancelling with crystal clear audio. This Alienware headset is the best I've owned. I have used over 10 different headsets yet my first time trying Alienware has blown the others out of the water. They have great noise cancelation, they sound awesome, and the volume levels are just right. They are also very comfortable, the padding doesn't irritate my ears, it is adjustable to fit all head sizes, and they don't weigh down my head due to them being lightweight. The cord for it is long enough so you can just push it out of your way. I highly recommend this headset.
I like this Alienware Wired Gaming Headset. They are lightweight and the headband is adjustable to fit snug and the ear pads fit comfortably on my ears. It has Dolby Atmos and the sound is very good and clear. I like that the microphone is retractable which is good when not using them. I use these on my pc but they can also be used on 3.5mm compatible devices. There is a button on one side to mute/unmute the microphone and on the other side there is a volume control. The LED alien head on the sides lights up when connected. This is a very nice headset and I am very happy with it.
