I love the break down on the back on the box explaining how these vitamins support different parts of the body. There are ingredients that support skin, bone, heart, and eye health. These also support immunity and metabolism. Such a great boosts for overall health and wellness. I did not give 5 stars because the pills themselves are large, green, and smelly. I wish they didn’t smell so much. I just quickly take them and chase them down with water. I can deal with it in exchange for better health! Overall a great product though.

I'm a 42 YO single mom of a 5 yo and 6 yo and my energy is pretty much depleted after a 12 hour work day. By the time we get home mom is pooped. Since I started taking these vitamins my energy has soared no lie. I take the recommended 3 tablets a day and I have energy when I come home to cook dinner, do homework, give baths and even play a few games of Mario with my kids. I can't thank Alive! Enough for letting me experience my 20s all over again with children. I honestly may even have more energy now than I did 20 years ago. I highly recommend these for the women my age and older! It's a game changer for sure!

These vitamins have been working great and I can already see an increase in energy within a few weeks. I take them with food and don’t have any adverse effects. No stomach aches. It says to increase water intake when taking them so I’ve been trying to drink more than usual. You have to take three big pills a day and it doesn’t say to take them at once or through the day so I’ve been taking one with each meal. That’s my o oh complaint about them is the three I have to take. It’s hard for me to remember each meal so I’d much rather just ave one a day to take. I’ll continue this bottle but I’ll have to wait to see how I’m feeling and decide if I’ll buy more because the three a day is a bit much for me.

The Alive Max3 Potency Women’s multivitamin is a great cohesive blend of essential vitamins and minerals that is food based and formulated for women. It has active forms of B12 and folate that help with women’s eye, bone, heart, immune and skin health, as well as gives you an energy metabolism boost. For me, it helped and will continue to help with my skin and immune issues, as I’ve seen an increase in the strength of my nails and skin as a result of hard labor. The pills don’t have a chalky taste to them, so swallowing them down is easy. This product is made with high quality ingredients that I trust and stand behind 100% for anyone to use, and for the price it’s pretty decent compared to what you could pay for something similar in a health/whole food blend setting.
I’ve started taking this with breakfast in the morning as part of my journey to be healthier! I really love the amount of vitamins, animo acids, fruits and veggies plus mushroom that are jet packed in this! I feel like I’m actually getting the nutrients I lack from my diet! I’ve had no weird side effects but my urine does turn a bright yellow which is normal and to be expected due to some of the vitamins in it. I have enjoyed this supplement a lot. Takes time for you to notice a difference taking these combined with working out, I feel have helped me feel better than I had been. You have to make sure you are hydrating through out the day while taking these.
I am very excited to try these women’s multivitamins out! I don’t have the best diet or get all the nutrients in a day that I need to be healthy. So after looking over the ingredient list, I was very happy to see how many vitamins were actually in these pills! I did take them after I ate and had no problems at all. My hunger was not increased and I did not get any weird burping afterwards. The only reason I gave these a 4 star is because you have to take 3 of these at a time and they are rather large. It’s not a deal breaker, just rather a nuisance. I will continue to take them and see how I feel after a few weeks.
I'm not sure how I feel about this product. This is not a good or bad review, just hoping to see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue I am. brought this product after reading all the great reviews, but honestly, I can not say the same as others. I've been taking 3/day for 2 weeks, changed my eating habits, and have been working out. I have not noticed any energy increases, decrease in appetite, or any of the wonderful things others have been saying. The only difference I've noticed was that my urine has turned a deep yellow. I'm not sure if that's one of the side effects or if it's just me. I believe in a month's trial period, so I will continue for a few more weeks, and I still do not see or feel a difference. I will consult with my Dr for her expertise.
