It has seen hundreds of uses, and even more cleanings during its time from my many households and I've never left it behind. Multi-purposeful from warming up tortillas to making breakfast for the entire household, its been reliable and easy to clean with the non-stick promise. Can't say enough good things about this piece.

This griddles is well made and does not warp when heat is applied. Many past pans I have owned would warp once fire or heat is applied and my eggs would move to one side and cook to close together. I looked for a new griddle when my old nonstick pan stated to lose the non-stick coating. And the only well built griddle I was able to find was the All-Clad brand. The cheaper pans I bought I will use in the garage.

Crate & Barrel selling site said it works on induction! It did not and when I called All Clad they said it does not.IF you consider making one - the raised grill part is too low for grilling something like salmon because the fish sits in the fat! The sides should be higher. All my All Clad pans work on induction. PLEASE make a nice grill pan to go with them. They are wonderful if they work!!

I like the weight of the pan as it reminds me of cast iron. It feels durable and I’m really satisfied with the way the food moves in it. Much better than any other cookware we’ve had in the past. The only issue that is not working is the handle. The design is uncomfortable for even my small hands and I usually have to use both hands to carry the pan. My husband who’s hands are bigger and who does most of the cooking complains that the small width and the curve works against him. I read other reviews where the handles were the biggest complaint but that the pan itself was excellent.
I would like to start by saying this is my new favorite Nonstick Grill for cooking on the stove. This is really great for many things but let me tell you how I use it. I first started cooking a basic grilled cheese with it. Super easy, low sides on the grill so it allows you to get a spatula under the bread really easy. I then moved to cooking burgers and fish patties on it. Those are also really easy to do. I am now cooking bacon on this. The best part about it is.. I am able to put the bacon on, and at any point easily lift it off the flame, tilt it to my grease holder and drain the grease as I cook. This has mad cooking the bacon really easy and efficient. I absolutely love All-clad pans and the quality is amazing! You get what you pay for!! They are so easy to clean up after any type of dinner.Three rules of the trade:1. Make sure you do not use dish soap when washing; use baking soda to clean them. 2. Never use metal utensils inside or on your flat pans to avoid scratching the non stick coating. 3. Enjoy the fast clean up...which means YOU will have more time to grill and chill....

Come to find out the HA1 griddle can not be used on induction stove unlike all the other HA1 pots and pans purchased. I contacted All Clad and was informed All Clad would take the return but would subtract 20.00 from the return. Horrible return policy when purchasing directly from All Clad and there was no initial savings. If you must have All Clad purchase from Amazon or large brick-n-mortar store that offers free returns, otherwise be prepared to pay a second time on the return. Overall the pots and pans are ok, not great and I am not a fan of the clear lids. This is the third griddle pan I’ve purchased. I thought I had heat too high or something because it developed a discolored ring in middle of pan and was sticking. Pan two: I was careful but the pan became lopsided like it was warped. Pan 3: great the first couple of times, easy to clean then ring appeared. Starting to warp in middle. Now I think, pan too thin and coating not thick enough.
I own many pieces of stainless All-Clad, and have been more than pleased with their performance. Not so with this griddle pan.Since purchasing it I was frustrated that anytime I tried to prepare eggs in the pan, they all slid to the bottom. I reasoned that my cooktop was probably uneven, and never thought to blame the pan.I recently moved to a new home, and to my chagrin, the same thing happened. Too bad, because breakfast preparation was the primary reason I bought the pan. I’m hesitant to purchase another.
This is the second of these I own. I use it every day to cook two grilled cheese sandwiches. My original pan still looks new and I bought the second just to have as a back up. The pan is extremely well constructed. The thickness provides even heat distribution (always preheat in accordance with their guidance) and the non-stick surface shows no sign of deterioration after >500 uses. Everyday at 7:00 pm I cook 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and I have been doing this for 8 years. This is the first pan I have had that lasted more than a year. Because of this pan I have purchased several all-clad pieces and each one is a great piece of cookware. I like all-clad products so much I now buy them as gifts for family because I want others to enjoy it as much as I.
