This is the premium grade of ALLMAX. The price is very competitive.One serve contains 4g of total Carbohydrate (meaning sugar) and 1.5g of total fat. It is better than average while the 24g of protein is kind of standard. I tried both the ALLMAX Premium and Classic (5lbs) before. Both work, but the Premium definitely better for lean muscle result, except that you are too skiny with the goal to gain (fat) weight. This is the first time I buy Strawberry favour; therefore, try the 2 lbs package first.

This version requires less water (330ml vs 450ml of other products I used to have) so that it’s easy to drink up quickly after workout and head out for other important schedules. Will try the larger version of 2+ kg later. Thanks for the promotion to offer a chance to try a good product at a cheap price.

The quality of the ingredients is good—it's not an isolate, but perhaps it is good enough and a more economical choice than Isoflex. I was hoping for a great strawberry flavor, but it's the typical one. I did not enjoy this flavor and would not buy it again. However, Gold Allwhey offers a plethora of different flavors, so it's a matter of finding the one you like the most. I recommend their Cookies and Cream flavor.
There’s no doubt that AllMax makes good protein, including the Gold AllWhey. Having said that, perhaps it's just me, but I am really not liking the chocolate peanut butter flavor whey. None that I have tried, I have enjoyed, even though I love chocolate and peanut butter mixed together. The whey does not taste like liquefied Reese's cups. I suggest going with the Cookies and Cream flavor, but I admit that taste is very subjective.
