Similar to the Animal pack, I saw a change in my energy throughout the day. The amount of pills is overwhelming at first but you get use to it. Would recommend for any athlete who wants to save time to buy this.

all in one multivitamin you don't need to buy each vitamin in a separate pack. that's what I like about it you don't need to get a high dose I think that's enough

First of all, I want you to know that I am a lady powerlifter... getting ready to compete again next month :). To be honest with you, these vitamins have truly been a blessing in my life. I have tried thousands of other kinds of vitamins to help me recover from the brutal training that I put my body through week after week. Believe or not, it does make a huge difference. Even though I am eating around 4,000 calories a day, I have been feeling incredibly lethargic, exhausted especially since I have been maxing out on my lifts. They are loaded with yellow/red coloring that is not all that great for the body. Regardless, I need the pills, if I am going to continue with this brutal powerlifting training... because frankly, there is nothing more satisfying than lifting crazy, heavy weight... especially for a girl like me :)

Allmax make great products. I was doubtful of trying a multivitamin in powder form, but this tastes great. Since not many people like it in powder form this is much cheaper then pills. Get when it is on sale and bingo. This multivitamin also contains glucosamine which is good for bone health. If you workout and feel that pain in bones sometimes this should help.
Vitastack I feel is an excellent vitamin supplement that gives an overall feeling of health.However, it contains artificial coloring, chemicals that have been banned for use as food additives in other countries around the world. I would not recommend using this product on a steady basis until natural colorings are used and any and all banned chemicals and colorings have been removed.
This is a terrific multi vitamin and joint support supplement. Before i got this, i had bought Active Man by MET-Rx Nutrition. I don't wanna say it's bad. But actually, with my intense training, Active Man did not help me recover as quick as i want. So i looked for a supplement that can do it. Finally, i got VITASTACK by Allmax Nutrition. You know ... it's awesome. Now i Squat and Deadlift as hard as i can and i dont worry about my joint anymore when i do intense training like this. But the reason i rate 9 points is about the money.
