AWO's Aloe Vera Gel 10X Decolourised is freshly harvested from the leaves of the Aloe Vera Barbadensis. The inner gel (fillet) is removed via mechanical squeezing and filtered to remove the pulp and fibre. It is then 'decolourised' via carbon filtration to remove residual aloin and reduce the odor to ensure color stability and to minimize the Aloe inherent pungency. It then stabilized with a minute percentage of food grade preservatives, as is needed for all pure Aloe Vera gels.
