I used it two evenings a week. Applyed to clean, dry skin using upward, circular motions over the face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye area. Can be applied over a serum. There is no need to apply a night cream over the top of Beauty Sleep Power Peel. It’s pricey! As all alpha h skincare products. I have had family and friends comment on my skin more than they ever have before and I can tell it feels noticeably 'bouncier'. The best days to use it when you are not going for a sunbathing in next couple days. As I always say - sunscreen at all times doesn’t matter is it’s sunny or not. Hat and Shade - my best friends after I use any peel 😊

1st Time Retinol User

I just bought this product at discount 20% off now they selling it on 30% off. I should have wait a little more haha. I am 1st time using retinol product. Im looking for low dose retinol to start. This product is suitable for beginner. Not iritating my skin. Leaves my skin feels so good in the morning after washing it away. I might repurchase it only when sale. Too pricey for small tube.

A noob good intro to a weekly retinol.

I had never used retinol before. I had never wanted to try it. However, a **** ****** of this got me to see the benefits. So, I bought a full size! It lasts for a very long time, hence good bang for one's dollar. Gentle enough for me to use once a week. No redness, no reaction, but smoother, more youthful skin.

Effective and not harsh, a good intro to home peels

This is my first time using at an home peel product. I’m experienced with acid basic exfoliation products but was always wary of peels due to comical/nightmarish results in tv and movies (think: Sam Jones in SATC Season 5 looking like a piece of sashimi).The product is a nice thick consistency which means it’s easy to apply in circular upwards motions as directed. Good for smoothing skin

Lovely lightweight texture that melts into your skin. I get a mild tingle from this which makes it feel like it’s working! I noticed a difference to stubborn patches of rough skin within just a few days of using this as well. Would definitely recommend for clarifying, smoothing and decongesting skin.

I was in doubt

I was eager to buy this product because I read about it as I was looking for a good product to give me healthy glow. It was said that improvement from the first application. I had 50/50 percent about the claims. I was astonished that the claims were 100% true. I am really happy with the result I like how my face looked healthy, plumbed, soft and glowy.

After using samples of this peel, I decided I couldn’t ignore the impressive results any longer and bought the full size product. It’s a peel but also contains retinol and all I know is that I wake up with skin that looks better than I went to sleep with.It’s also very hydrating. My skin is smooth and plump by the morning. I have quite delicate skin and this product causes no problems at all.I use it once or twice a week and love it.

Really Powerful Peel

This is so far the best over the counter peel that I can see results within a week! Since I hv very oily skin I’m using this nighttime peel 3 times a week. It really helps to smoothen the skin, giving it a healthy glow, even out skin tone and helps to regulate my oil production. This is one product I will continue to buy and use unless I can find one that is better than this. Well done Alpha H!

Saw and felt results after ONE use! Must buy!

I just started using this with the Alpha-H liquid gold and alternate nights. These two products have changed my skin's complexion more than any other combined product. Interestingly, neither of these products have you use a moisturizer at night with it and since I'm super dry, I didn't have high hopes, but my skin is more hydrated and smoother than ever before. please don't ever stop selling this and liquid gold. puh-lease!
