Ever since Herbivore discontinued their retinol, i have been on the hunt for a serum formulated retinol that was “Clean at Sephora” and Fragrance Free. I ordered this one a couple months ago and am so excited that I did. I tried sooooo many different products and I didn’t like any of them as much as this guy. I never received any irritation from it, and every night that i use it, i wake up the next morning with my skin looking SO amazing. It’s cleared acne scars that wouldn’t go away, and it has even helped some active blemishes go away. I like this product even more then the Herbivore one. The color of it is a little milky and can look a little white and yellow, which is weird, but it is totally normal and it is an amazing product! Thank you Alpha-H!!

This product has made my skin feel soft, hydrated, flake-free, and smooth beyond my wildest imagination. Before I got this, my boyfriend was literally peeling the flakes of skin from my face. This product is pretty mild. Probably best suited for people that are just starting to use retinol. I've used medical-grade retinol in the past so I started using Alpha-H every night immediately without any issues. It's a nice serum, I like that the rest of the ingredients are cleaner than most other brands. I will most likely purchase something a little stronger in the future.

I don’t rate this serum. I usually love alpha H products but this hasn’t done anything that I’ve noticed. The bottle also arrived half full, when I questioned this I was told it was the bottles are larger than 25g and it was the right quantity. Hard to believe when even the dropper is having trouble collecting the serum. Wouldn’t buy this particular product again.

I have very mixed feelings over this serum. Initially, I bought it directly from the manufacturer, and you do receive a bottle a little over half full. I hated the texture at first and ended up not using it for 2 months. The consistency is very watery, but also sticky and it makes it very difficult to apply only 2 or 3 drops. This really becomes impossible to feel like you’ve covered your face well or even really use after a while. The dropper pumps air into the product, making it very difficult to get a solid amount. The product bubbles up and loves to hold onto that air so you end up getting mostly air in your dropper. Result-wise I did notice a bit of an itchy burn the first few uses but it subsided. Received this product for testing from Influenster. First off, cute, simple, little green packaging & bottle. Easy to use dropper. The serum itself is a light green color, kinda fun. Very subtle scent. This product was pretty decent. I didn’t see much difference when using it. It did however make my face feel super smooth & soft after putting it on. It wasn’t harsh like some RetinA products. I used it at nighttime, but I do prefer my glycolic acid serum to this. Remember a little goes a long way with this product. If you have sensitive skin, I would ease into this. Maybe start using it once a week. Also remember to use spf every day when using this and if you plan to have any facial hair removed via waxing, stop using this product a week beforehand.
I've used this product previously and loved. Unfortunately the second purchase reacted with my skin. Even though I didn't put the product near my eyes, I had red blotched, swollen eyes as though I'd been punched and sun burnt feeling skin. Now in the process of repairing my skin. Love Alphah products but not this one.
