Puuuuuurfect upgrade from FLX4, if you wish to learn 4 ch mixing & stems ……. For a low price
Arrived as promised and a better alternative to what I originally wanted
Its a decent controller, not as well made as the ddj-1000 but better made then the flx-6. It's cool that it has the layout like the ddj-3000, but having the hotcue/pad fx buttons above the jog wheels i find i often bump the jog wheels accidently though. It is a little annoying you have to press shift to bring up pad fx. The new drum sample buttons are really cool to play around with. And stem functionality is cool, though feels a little jank. My main issue is that you have to use rekordbox 7 which seems very badly optimized compared to previous versions. Hopefully they optimize it better and improve their stem algorithms as time progresses.
This product is absolutely insane!! Super easy and fun to use for beginners or professional DJs, The effects and drum roll buttons make it super easy and effective to make smooth transitions. The compatibility with multiple dj applications is just another perk with the GRV 6 Overall this deck is one of the best i've ever used and I recommend it to any skill level of DJs.

Overall:ok so disclaimer i have not purchased this controller. i want to but the fact that the power cord connects to a USB "C" port scares me. since i have problems with my USB port on my smart phone becoming lose from the normal wear i believe a USB "C" port as a power as the power connection may not be as good as you would expect over time, of course only time will tell but I'm not taking a chance on this controller because of this USB "C" port for powering it...too bad it looks AWSOME i just wont take a chance.
