Oatly is THE BEST oat milk. Customers favorite and baristas favorite. Unfortunately, it takes SO LONG to come in. They usually have a 46 week wait but the last shipment took over two months. Its impossible for a cafe to keep it in stock. I know this isnt barista undergrounds fault and Im sure Oatly is doing everything they can for faster production. They just got so popular so fast. Great for them, but hard for cafes. Most of the 3rd wave coffee shops around our area all switched to a different brand due to the wait. Hope eventually this gets solved so we can keep our favorite brand

We go through so much milk at my house, and cost can become an issue. Oatly is one of the higher priced vegan milks available, but I will purchase it regardless. People call me crazy, and I havent had normal milk for several years now, but I think Oatly has created a product that has the closest flavour to what I remember. Sure, Oatly hasnt got all the added extras cholesterol, and the rest of the nasties, that comes with animal milk, but dont let that put you off. If youre transitioning, then give this milk a go, it might be the closest to what youre used to. Soya is great, but its a very different flavour and it can scare a lot of people away. Play it safe, and support this fantastic company, and their vision.

As someone with a severe food allergy to corn, I had no idea that vitamins like B2 and B12 could be sourced from corn. It would have been great to see corn added to the allergen list on the packaging. It was the best oat milk Ive had But came with a health emergency. Please add this warning to other corn allergy sufferers and consider substituting your vitamins with those made from another source. Thank you.

As other reviewers have said, this version of Oatly is not as pleasant to drink as the others, especially when used in hot drinks. Despite vigorous shaking it separates almost immediately and leaves this weird watery ring around the edge of your drink. I realise that this is a stripped down version of Oatly with minimal added ingredients, and that does have a certain appeal, but for me the trade off isnt worth it. Ill be sticking with Oatly Whole which is tastier, creamier and much better in hot drinks. The Barista version is also fine as it is pretty much identical to the whole version.
I like the taste of Oatly in my matcha lattes, but I do wish the company was straight forward about how their enzymatic process did in fact add sugars to the milk, and that the containers were more ecofriendly. In my area of Florida, we cant recycle the lids, though we can recycle the containers now, but recycling is really imperfect. A better option would be companies using glass containers or a fully biodegradable container under home conditions. I just want to see companies switching over to a fully sustainable packaging material. Also Ive heard baristas say the milk curdles with more acidic coffee varieties. My daughter has an allergy to cows milk protein so she requires plant based milks. There are many dairy free milks but not all are enriched with vitamins that growing children require. This has the added vitamins which make it a good choice for children with CMPA. Ive tried it in tea and coffee and its not too bad. Its the creamiest of the dairy free milks in my opinion and doesnt have the nutty after taste that comes with nut milks or the coconut flavour of coconut based milks. The barista one is definitely the best for frothy milk or hot chocolate.
My rating is the average of a 5 for taste and a 1 for not having organic. The taste is absolutely amazing its the best oat milk I have tried and there have been several. However, I will not be buying it again until there is an organic option. The amount of glyphosate used on oats is insane and dangerous. Id much rather deal with gluten than poison.
I never had a problem with cows milk, but after going oatly, I find myself unable to go back. As other believers have found, the full fat is definitely the way to go. However, its so hard to tell the difference between the full fat and the low fat. At one point, early on, I mistakenly thought original meant the full fat version I had previously gotten, and ended up with the low fat. My spirits were dejectedly low that entire week. I never made that mistake again, but I feel sorrow for all those who might have tried the low fat and never experienced the full glory of the fatty oat.
WOW. Tried this tonight and it is hands down the best oatmilk I have ever tried. Its delicious, and the consistency is just perfect. I dislike regular milk, except for the A2 brand. And the consistency of this Oatly is just like the A2. Creamy, not watery at all. Ive been consuming Planet Oat but felt like the formula changed recently, its very watery and no flavor so Im so glad I discovered the Oatly brand. I wish the Oatly price was a bit lower but, Ill keep repurchasing for sure Quality makes it 100 worth it.
Ive been dairy free for nearly 3 months and was not particularly enjoying the soy or almond milk alternatives. Then i found this Initially I was amazed how similar to cows milk it tasted, creamier than semi skimmed but less so than whole. Doesnt split or curled. Even my boyfriend is quite happy if I add this to his tea accidentally. Last week proved this is an absolute game changer... I accidentally drank from the wrong mug and almost spat it out So yes, totally converted and will not go back to dairy. Try it, this is the best
