So, I suffer with vulval Lichen sclerosus and was getting really sore wearing sanitary pads for my periods. So although I realise these pants are for incontinence I gave them a go for my periods. Wow what a difference they make and I feel much more confident going out as I have never had leaks. When I'm on my periods I also have a more sensitive bladder so the pants never let me down! 10/10

Before I had a Urostomy for a chronic bladder condition it was difficult for me to go anywhere without a loo close by. I started wearing Always Discreet Incontinence Pants when out for long walks and was pleasantly surprised at how much urine they held when accidents occurred. They didn't leak and I was never aware of any smell. Comfortable to wear & not noticeable under clothing, though do feel rather bulky once urine absorbed. They certainly gave me more confidence to get out and about.

I would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for the packaging. Firstly the picture shown is different. The packaging is white with a lovely soft purple floral design which looks lovely as it's not dull but equally not being not a bright bold colour it is quite soft and feminine. BUT the only way to get into these is to tear your way in! So it's quite difficult to open and doesn't open very neatly.The pants have a nice soft floral scent to them. They are ultra comfortable as they are really soft and ultra thin. They are stretchy enough to be comfortable and allow you to move but still protective as they are ultra absorbent and the leakguards work very well. I got this with a promo coupon, more for curiosity than anything. I thought they might be useful when I have a cold with the extra stress on my bladder of coughing and sneezing. What a shock! These pants are horrible: Weird stretchy paper with the side seam on the outside and the biggest, least discreet nappy-like pad inside that you've ever seen. I picked the smallest available size and felt swamped by the pad which comes up to the waist both front and back. So bulky that I felt everyone must be staring at my bum - there's no way I could envisage doing anything like the activities shown in the adverts. I originally wanted Super, but a glitch on the Website has landed me with Normal, on repeat, with no obvious way to change it. I already commented on this, so was very disappointed to be unable to amend my order before receiving more of the same. I wear these at night if not sleeping at homeThey absorb a whole medium size wee, but not always a very large accident.The are soft and really comfortable.They are very thin and discrete when dry, but do get bulky when wetThe negatives:They have a strong fragrance which is supposed to smell nice but i hate it.I wish they were fragrence freeThey look like pull-up nappies, they dont look like knickers.For bed time when it doesnt matter if they expand, and cant really be seen under PJs they do the job well, and I can sleep with confidence that the bedding will be dry in the morning
Super comfortable I used these after I gave birth to my baby boy. They’re soft, comfortable and feel like you’re wearing normal pants. Lovely design and not embarrassed to wear them! These are easy to take off and throw away as needed.
I always have a heavy monthly period. And each time, I always leaked out even though I used a baby diaper (I cut out the garters on the side). Making me uncomfortable and always conscious because it feels bulky and bulging. I tried one brand of the pants, but it's the same. But when I tried this one, It is so comfy. It's just like wearing only your undies. I can sleep soundly as I don't have to worry about staining the bedsheets. It is really helpful especially in my work that I have to be in my post for few hours. Even some of my colleagues ,who borrowed some due to accidentally having their periods, said it is very helpful and are now using it as well. Plus, the scent is so nice, it makes you feels still fresh at all.
Can't praise this product enough! Really nice fit, lovely soft fragrance that helps mask any little accidents and super absorbent lining to deal with those little accidents! They look like underwear and are not bulky. High waste is very comfortable.I only ever buy in multi-pack from Boots as the value is unbeatable!
