This also had no extra protection from the bottom and up the backside of the disposal underwear It had some extra ‘fabric’ around the pad portion, I’m assuming to help prevent leaks. As for wearing them, they were not breathable at all. So if you feel sweaty at night… these will make it worse. Durning my heaviest day I wore a pair for about 10 hours without any real problems. Overall thoughts: Comfort fit- 5/10 Usefulness- 7/10 Sustainable- 0/10 Durability- 7/10 Appearance-4/10 Final rating: 4.6/10 I will probably use these for those nights I no longer have the ability to wash my normal period panties after taking them off, but as a back up only.
