For this reason and its light compact size, it is better than the spray, which I have to use a lot more of to produce an equal amount of pain relief. Also, the spray is more messy. The Roll-on Magnesium gel is also very useful for relieving the horrific pain I often have in my hips due to bursitis and it is the only thing that will give me instant relief from the sharp pain that this condition causes. Without your product, I would be in a dreadful state which would effect my mental and physical functioning. As you know there is not much around that can treat neuropathic pain that is a natural organic product. I also have used it on the few occasions I experience the restless leg syndrome. I am using the magnesium gel roller to help with my terrible headaches and insomnia, started the trial back in February and I have already ordered 2 more! I notice a reduction in the duration of my migraines and the severity is definitely less. I use it also on my feet and behind my knees and it helps me to nod off at night. I am still in the trial stages but I can already see a difference, I am not nearly as restless at bedtime. I have also purchased the bath flakes as my family is experiencing a high level of stress and anxiety due to circumstances beyond our control. Haven't had a chance to use these yet but will do in a week or so when I will be on holidays. It is so wonderful to find a natural Australian product like this that actually works!
