I use to love the fire stick however this is my third one since January. The last fire stick I purchased the remote stopped working a month after I bought it. Which happened with the previous fire stick the remote stopped working. I had to one again download the fire stick app to use on my TV from my phone, however the app only connects to the TV if it is connected on the same Wi-Fi, which is fine. But I am all of a sudden having issues with the app connecting to the fire stick router attached to my TV. I just went ahead and purchased a Roku remote, because I refuse to purchase another one. Also, there are known issues reported with the remote all of a sudden stop working, and the performance degrading over time.

I bought this directly from Amazon. It was excellent quality like other Amazon products. The package had all the bits you needed to setup and use. It was just a case of plug in and use. The interface was fast and easy to use. The apps all worked well with no glitches. An expensive fire stick, but you get what you pay for and it was worth the money. Recommended

I have an older version of the Fire Stick but it still one of my FAVORITE objects to use. I love that it gived you a multitude of apps to use and download. Compared to my Apple TV I would much rather use my Fire Stick becuas it is very colorful. However if you are looking for something plain and simple you should go with the Apple TV. It does not offer as much as the Fire Stick but it does offer the basic streaming services and much more.
Purchased during special offer. Prompt despatch and helpful Seller. This version comes with a US two prong wall plug so you will need a UK three prong adapter, otherwise quite straightforward to install. However, patience is needed for all the various passwords and permissions! When you get past this it works very smoothly.
