This product is packed full of essential nutrients including Zinc and Iron. As a Nutritionist, it's my go-to product to recommend to anyone who has a sensitive digestive system as it's a sprouted formula and contains plant-based digestive enzymes. It's also suitable for vegans as it contains up to 99% of the RDI for Iron which may be difficult to obtain from a meat-free diet. I enjoy using this in smoothies, protein pancakes, muffins and in oatmeal to boost the protein content of my meal.
