Bought this for my son for Christmas. Set it up and on first go the ball got stuck mid fall just above the flippers. The ball is too big and it touches the clear plastic top which is why it’s got stuck. There is not enough height in the playing space for it to roll properly. Really disappointed. Poor planning on behalf of the manufacturer.

Was working just fine until it started making a terrible sound and the air/bumpers stopped working. Replaced batteries and still doesn't work. I should have read the reviews before buying it. It will break for absolutely no reason. Also most the stickers ripped before putting them on.

My son received this for Christmas and it was Instantly one of his favourite gifts! Lots of fun to play, even with the noisy motor and suspect score keeping. He didn’t mind. The problem is, the ball keeps getting stuck under the bumpers and you have to turn the device upside down and hit the back of it to get the ball free - which of course makes you loose your ball while doing all of this. It is so disappointing when you are on your way to a high score and then the ball gets stuck (almost every game).

Just opened on Christmas morning to find the machine doesn’t switch on. Have inserted correct batteries & followed instructions. Extremely disappointed, as this was one of my child’s main present. Very upsetting. Never buying from Robert Dyas again.
We unpacked it, applied stickers, and couldn’t get it to work. The bumpers etc weren’t functional and the score wasn’t going up as stated in other reviews.Our 7-year-old took over and immediately realised you have to press the button to the right of the switch. The game then started properly and worked a treat.The only negative is no volume control, which is a little annoying as it can become quite annoying quickly when trying to have a convo.Great device for the price.
Not as good as the one i had when i was a kid. The bumpers arnt that responsive. The ball seems to be too attracted to going straight down the middle & the motor makes such a racket. But it's literally the only pinball toy on the market so not much to choose from.

The noise is from the mechanism that gives the tactile feedback from the pinball machine. The sound FX could be louder to drown out the mechanism noise. The tactile feedback is what makes this so much like full size arcade pinball machine. Arcade pinball machines make a lot of noise so this is what you should expect from this machine. Put on all stickers & put in batteries before giving to grandson, so he could play straight away. He was really excited when he saw it, then it didn't work. Kept cutting out, score didn't work, the bumpers didn't work. I was gutted and embarrassed giving this as a present. Taking back to get refund, but still got the cost of batteries and wrapping paper as wasted money down the drain. Will give grandson money instead.
This was a present for my 8 year old and, upon unpacking, didn't work. We replaced this for a new one, and within days it broke- one of the the bumpers stopped working and started making an awful noise. So we took it back and got another one which broke in exactly the same way after a similar timeframe.Reading the reviews, this is a common theme. If you are reading this, then seriously, don't buy.This product is not of any merchantable quality and should not be on the shelves. It's utter utter garbage, who's carbon footprint as a result of its production should be condemned.
This arcade game is so bright and fun looking. My grandkids really enjoyed when they got it last night at our Christmas party. This morning their Mom told me the arcade game was making a funny noise in the play mode and not clicking up the points. So I had to send it back. It's alot of money for a toy that only works for a day.
