A matte spray that everyone should have. I love the idea of spray for your hair as it means you dont need to get your hands all greasy and messy. This stuff is really good. I have fairly long hair that I push back so I need something that holds it back with a natural look for 8hrs whilst I am at work. I generally use around 5 sprays and it's enough to hold my hair back with a natural look. If you have more stubborn hair or want to fight gravity, 10 sprays of this stuff and your hair won't move all day. You can apply this directly to dry hair which is good because I find most matte products need to be applied to wet hair to work through properly. I would suggest holding it about 20cm from your head as to get an even spray otherwise the spray can be quite direct and in one spot. This doesnt make your hair shiny or gross and washes out super easy. Not to mention it smells great! It will last you ages and would suit nearly everyone I would say, would recommend.

I tried the Matte Clay Spray on my hair when it was shorter and it was still somewhat useful. Didn't so much as give my short hair a style that held as it gave it some texture. Perfect for medium length to longer hair that needs some texture and control instead of being flat and boring. I found that it was super easy to apply, held throughout the day, yet was easy to wash out. The scent is really refreshing and smells a lot like citrus which most people seemed to like because I had friends telling me my hair smelt nice.

I love the product. Gives me a great all day hold and a natural looking shine. What I have an issue with is the spray bottle. I find it hard to use due to its size. I'm a man with small hands and this bottle is just to large. I wish American Crew would either sell this product in a smaller travel size or sell smaller bottles to pour the liquid into. Either way I love the product so much I'll keep buying small bottles to use their product in.
