I have gastritis and regular vitamin C is not suitable for me, as it irritates the stomach. But this vitamin C is made in the form of Ester-C and is very easily and gently absorbed even with such problems as gastritis, duodenitis, IBS, etc.Also, the Ester C vitamin form is known for high potency and the best effect on immunity.1000 mg capsules are very big, but you can divide and even crush them into powder.This is not the first time I have ordered it and I am very pleased.
Second time I order this product, howver this time in bigger size. The smaller qty had transparent capsules with some sunstance inside and this one is pressed pill. Liked the capsules more (easier to swallow), but this size more economic. I think pressed pill is more resistant to moisture. This form of vit C is safe for stomach so everyone can use it. However need to be carefull since it might cause stones in gallblader or kidneys. I thinnk I will keep buying this product for long time. Packge comes with some cooton inside to absorb the moisture and it also easy open patemt - you just pull it. Great Quality.
