The product itself was thick and creamy, was white in color, and smelled great, kind of fruity and floral. I applied a generous amount to my wet hair after I shampooed it, and left it on for about 6 minutes, as per the instructions. After that I rinsed it out and towel dried my hair. I didn't have to use a de-tangler on my mid-back length hair, which was very impressive right off the bat, the comb slid right through no problems. Wow! My hair was SO soft and manageable! This product really worked wonders for my hair. It made my curls so smooth and shiny, not frizzy at all like normal. I had a LOT less flyaways and my hair was much, much sleeker. My hair felt so much more hydrated it was totally amazing. Even my normally dry ends felt soft and hydrated, instead of dry, blah, and rough. I had really high hopes for this product. I used it after shampooing my hair and just left it in for about 15 to 20 minutes. Afterwards it was like the moisture was sucked out of my hair and I had split ends everywhere! I used the dream routine before and loved it, so I was disappointed. I looked up a few of the ingredients and one of them, butylphenyl methylpropional got banned in part of Europe. FIve ingredients came up as being "icky" for your hair on a website. They mostly were perfuming solvents that can irritate skin. Isopropyl alcohol is one of the ingredients, and it can dry out hair, which can be damaging as a result. My two daughters and I all have different hair and therefore haircare needs but this mask works for all of us! Our toddler has beautiful loose curls and he hair is really difficult to maintain, especially because she is your typical active and messy toddler. Whenever her hair gets especially wild and unmanageable (about twice a month) I use this mask and it always leaves her hair so soft and manageable with her curls so defined. Our other daughter has such fine and brittle straight hair and this mask keeps he hair so healthy and full. I usually don't buy pricier hair masks, but I'm sold on this one. I had received a small sample as part of one of the sample hair kits that Sephora did as a coupon a while back, and I immediately knew I wanted the full size. I have medium length, wavy, fine-medium thickness hair that is weighed down easily. This makes my hair so soft and smooth, and I feel as though it has improved the health of my hair in the few months that I've been using it. Plus the fragrance is heavenly. It's light enough that if you don't want something suffocating, it won't be bothersome. That's part of the reason I wanted to get away from drugstore hair masks - all of the ones I've tried recently are sickeningly sweet because so many are marketed toward teens. Would definitely repurchase!

Stay Away! Damaged my hair and others!

I think it is awful that they give people who are incentivized a different product. I didn't get the nice white conditioner that gets good reviews on here. Instead, I got the yellow one. I am glad that I only left it on for 20 minutes, otherwise, I would be bald! It caused major damage to my hair and I have split ends from the root down. I also had hair loss and a big clump of hair fell out! I used their dream routine and loved it, so I thought this would be great. I read the ingredients and there are some questionable ingredients included in this that can cause irritation and allergic reactions. Why not sell the white conditioner to the consumers instead of this awful concoction that fries your hair? I love this product so much! I used everytime I wash my hair and I really only try to wash my hair 1-2 times a week but it really does create a soft feel. My ends feel good and not dry. I think that this and the kure are very common but I think that this product isn't as thick but it definitely hydrates your hair very well. I love how it smells. I have not done a hair mask and slept with it in yet but I do not think I need to because I like to use it as addition to conditioner. This and the kure are so similar but I prefer this one because of the smell and because I feel that it does not weigh my hair down. However, the kure is amazing.
