This product is a gift from the heavens!! About my hair…. I am mixed and have very frizzy, dry, unruly, damaged, thinning and color treated hair. I love this mask and it is worth the price. It is about $55. I have used this all winter and it is the only thing that keeps static away. During the winter, I use this in place of conditioner every time I wash my hair. I would say that a container will last about 6 months. I have super thick and long hair and it lasts me this long. My hair is noticeably silkier when I use it. It also makes it way easier to brush my hair and stops my hair from tangling so bad. I think using this has really helped the health of my hair. I was able to maintain my length, reduce hair breakage and as a result my hair has gotten longer. I used to use this amika product when it was branded as the triple rx mask. I was so disappointed that I could ji longer find it anywhere on the internet until I found out that they rebranded it as the kure. I was hesitant to buy it as I was worried that if the name changed that the ingredients might have been changes as well. I took a chance because the price was cheaper here than anywhere else. It did not disappoint. It is the same product that I bought a few years ago. It leave my hair feeling super soft and silky. I use it as a leave in conditioner to curl my naturally curly hair. It hydrates my curls and leaves them looking bouncy and beautiful with minimal effort and time and no crunch! OMG. LOVE THIS STUFF! I received a full size jar in a Sephora Favourites kit, and I'm sold. I love how think the consistency of the mask is, and after doing chemical processes and harsh bleaching to my hair, it needed the TLC this mask gave. It has become one of my favourite bonding masks that works super well at nourishing and hydrating the hair while repairing it. Even though this mask is THICK, it glides onto the hair like butter and spreads amazingly. I've used this mask from root to tip, and NEVER experienced oiliness due to putting it on my roots. I also love the signature amika scent! A definite must for my hair.

I have fine but very high density 3c/4a hair and it has always been such a tremendous struggle to figure out what exactly it needs because of the varying textures; it dries out alarmingly throughout the day, and after (lapse in poor judgement), I was using products filled with: sulfates, silicones, and PARABENS, for 9 months which truly wreaked havoc on my hair and stripped it bare making my curls look severely dehydrated and feel weak and straggly. I am a self-proclaimed "product junkie" when it comes to natural hair products, and I have probably used roughly around 250+ products throughout my natural hair journey, so I've used plenty of masks and they are usually great and produce basically the same exact results; they provide TONS ... MoreBEST HAIR MASK I HAVE EVER USED. At first, I was hesitant because I know a lot of naturals were instructed to avoid products with silicones/Dimethicone because they may cause dryness, however, in this product, it feels like the more moisturizing vitamins and oils balance out any potential dryness and I truly notice a TREMENDOUS difference for the better. Well worth the money and will be repurchasing, 100 percent!

Smooth and silky!

I really loved this product! I used after doing my own hair mask and eventually included this into my hair mask routine. I would sleep with it in over night and found that it made my hair softer and more hydrated longer. It is a strong smell but it does wash out after you wash your hair. I do enjoy the product and find it to be very helpful. I do think it does what it says it does. I used it a lot at the end of me bleaching my hair to make it blond and I did find it to be very helpful with repair. If are between this and soulfood just know I bought both, tried both and this product is thicker than the soulfood but the outcome is the same.I think this one does slight more hydration but they are so similar. The Old formula was far better.

Been using the kure mask as my weekly mask since about 2017, the Old formula was magic. I left it on for 10+ minutes and it I styled my hair immediately it would bring life back to even the most fried parts of my hair making them healthy,soft and shiny. It also spread waaaay further.Been using this 'new formula' for about a year now. It doesn't spread nearly as far. I have to use almost twice as much to saturate my hair now. And it brings dead hair bank to life in strength but it's not soft or shiny anymore. Before it was the best hair mask. I've been using this product for months and felt it was time to give an honest review. my hair type is nothing special, just long, wavy and maybe a bit dry. I use this 1-2x a week and it does not moisturize my hair enough or leave it silky & smooth like other masks do. the wow factor is missing. it's like using a regular ol' conditioner, I see nothing 'intense' about this mask. I typically leave it on for 10 minutes, sometimes 20 depending on if I feel my hair needs extra conditioning or strengthening. it just doesn't deliver what I'm looking for. I recently tried oribe gold lust mask and that is everything a hair mask should be. this isn't it.
