I recently finished a bottle of Dr. Axe / Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Beauty + Sleep capsules, and unfortunately, I did not see any noticeable benefits for my beauty or sleep.The capsules were easy to take, and I did not experience any adverse effects or discomfort. However, the lack of results was disappointing, especially considering the price of the product.Overall, while I cannot speak to the efficacy of this product for others, my personal experience with Dr. Axe / Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Beauty + Sleep capsules was underwhelming, and I cannot give it more than two or three stars.

I am very pleased that this collagen is in capsules, since I do not like to dilute collagen powder in water. Therefore, this collagen is very suitable for me. I take 3 capsules, as recommended, I can't say anything about the effect yet, I ordered another jar, then I'll look at the resultGood composition, reasonable price and a large bank. Energy has noticeably increased, no side effects are observed. The size is normal. The dosage is not too high. The benefits are obvious. The quality is top notch. Ingredients according to standards.

My crow's feet have nearly disappeared altogether. They will still appear if I laugh or smile which is to be expected as I do not do botox but when my face is neutral you can barely see the lines. Under my eyes are less puffy too. My skin overall feels tighter and stretchy rather than loose, floppy and saggy. The wrinkles on my forehead are less apparent and less noticeable. I feel I look a lot younger in just over 45 days of taking these capsules and because I feel I look younger it makes me feel great and has a good effect on my mental well being too. Sadly being in lockdown all this time virtually only my wife sees me, but she has seen a difference too and commented on how well I am looking. I wasn't particularly looking for this "Beauty & Sleep" variant of the multi-collagen capsules but of all the variants that are available to me on the iHerb website this seemed the most appropriate as I don't have joint problems (Joint Mobility) or issues with my gut (Gut Restore). And I can say that a pleasant side-effect is that I am sleeping a lot better. Often it would take me some time to fall asleep and now I feel my sleep quality has greatly improved. I would highly recommend this particular variant and brand of multi-collagen!

Great ingredient list. It contains multi collagen complex with 5 types of Collagen from egg, beef, chicken and fish, plus Probiotics, Slippery Elm Bark, Ginger, Peppermint, apple cider vinegar. Note: the supply if you get the 45-capsule bottle is for 15 days, as it says to take 3 per day. It makes sense, as you have to coat your gut with good stuff repeatedly through the day to restore it. I would think that Dr Axe's brand is good quality, but I have no way of assuring that. I trust it. It looks like it is fresh, as it arrived with more than a year before the expiry, giving me plenty of time to use it.
