Dowel holes and cam locks don't line up in the middle of the frame. Also received the end of my frame detatched from pre drilled parts. Cannot move forward as the middle parts don't line up. Not happy.

What an extremely heavy bed I bought. Beautiful bed but a few things could have been done better. Less parts to put together. I'm giving up my old bed which has 7 parts to it and it is a solid bed. If I was putting it together it would be put up for sale. Why couldn't the flatware have been put on by the manufacturer, Small things would have helped. Less parts. Needs to be thought out a little better. A lovely bed just the same but I won't get to sleep in it for a few weeks..

Gorgeous bed frame and love the bonus storage components. Only downside is whoever packed it failed to keep a consistent pattern across the slide in backings if he headboard. The wooden printing had two horizontal and one vertical wooden design which is disappointing. Overall a great product though.

Very sturdy bed but some parts came damaged , it has a strong chemical smell that even airing out the room cannot get rid of the smell. Some of the laminate is already starting to peel awayit's such a shame because it is a lovely looking bed but too many issues.

Very poor design.Looks lovely but how can a tiny plank of wood with teeny tiny nails carry ANY weight. Slept on it once and it fell underneath me! I weigh 53kgs.

Looks Fabulous.Wow this bed is certainly solid. Very heavy. Will not be easy to move once up.Took a very long time to put together. There were so many pieces as you had to put it all together (flat pack).My daughter is very happy with it.

Amazing turnaround from the moment I ordered to arriving in rural SA, under a week for mattress & bed arriving after the weekend. Fantastic value mattress - so comfortable. Better than the more expensive mattress that was on his previous bed.The Bed took two of us a few hours to put together. Instructions were clear & easy to follow. It is a very sturdy and my son loves it! Great value package

Absolutely love this bed. It's a very beautiful, sturdy, and practical frame. Things I'd consider before buying though: some pieces arrived damaged (cosmetic), and I was offered a partial refund. The ends are also quite sharp, so be mindful of your legs. Finally, the book shelf component is too narrow for most books if standing vertically, so it becomes more of a 'store your bits and bobs' bedhead as opposed to a book shelf bed head.

Item was delivered ahead of time. It comes in 3 heavy packages. Most of the assembly work is with Box#1. Then with Box#2. Box#3 is just the supporting boards that are truly heavy . Sturdy and Heavy. Assembly time is definitely 2+ hours and it needs 2 persons to be honest, who are not used to heavy lifting.
