Because Anessa didn't cause me any acne breakouts. I've never had any problem with sunscreens before until I relocated to another country. I don't know why suddenly sunscreens are causing me acne. I was so desperate that's why I was on the hunt for a good sunscreen. I didn't set my expectations/hopes high when I decided to buy this but I'm really glad I bought this because I've finally found a really good sunscreen. If you're still undecided just give it a shot because you'll never know if you will not try it.

I received the new version. The label is blue, not brown. The new scent is sadly the classic cleaning detergent limonene scent :/ The scent is noticeable only during application, but the brown label version I particularly enjoyed because it had a light and lovely scent which is unique for a sunscreen. No typical sunscreen scent at all. Fairly disappointed by this update and hope they change it back. Otherwise I highly recommend this product and like it better than Isntree HA watery sun gel, La Roche Posay, Biore Watery Essence, CANMAKE Mermaid Skin Gel. Very hydrating and has a skin perfecting effect. Creates very photogenic skin. I have very sensitive skin. Shipping was quick. Received product in good condition.

This is probably the best Japanese sunscreen on the market when it comes to protection. I like the texture and the combination of filters. I use it on sunny days when I am walking outside or hiking. The only one downside is that it has fragrance. I wish they has a fragrance-free version of this gel.
I have been using this for about 2 weeks now, and I like this product so far, light and airy applications, nonstick residue. If you are looking for a sheer, light yet airy UV sunscreen, this is it. I highly recommend this product.

I have not ordered anything yet, but would like to recommend Anessa sunscreen that I bought in Tokyo 2 years ago and cannot find in Denmark. It has a creamlike texture and it is absolutely wonderful to use on my face, not at all like the sunscreen I have used so far. I am a great fan and cannot recommend it enough.
I won't buy it again, I expected more from Anessa
