Dries down quickly and is not greasy in my opinion (but powdery?).Can't agree on the 'doesn't leave a whitecast' part - it really depends on how light/dark your skin is and I'm bit tanned so the whitecast is visible on me. Also be careful not to put too much on at once because it can look patchy. It's better to apply two or three thinner layers instead of one thick layer.This sunscreen is indeed water resistant (of course only when you don't use soap). Can't really tell if it's sweatproof because I do not sweat a lot.

I have very OILY, acne-prone skin with medium to tan skin tone (around NC35-40) living in a medium to low humidity area. This sunscreen is my die hard, gotta have it for life sunscreen! It is on the pricey side but it's the best susncreen I've used. I have combination skin and this suits my skin so wonderfully! It doesn't pill, doesn't have a greasy, heavy finish, doesn't make me break out! In the most literal sense. I really do feel that this sunscreen clings pretty well onto the skin and provides great protection. However, I HATE how mattifying this is. It's almost to the point where it's too drying. To cope with that I just apply a moisturizer in one or two layers so that the dewiness comes through. I also don't like the powdery/makeup-esque finish that it leaves but I understand that it's there to reduce friction when rubbed on so that it's rub resistant and I can appreciate that. If you want a really mattifying sunscreen this is definitely worth a try for you. Also, it's got a strong fragrance which dicipayed pretty quickly so there's that. The sunscreen itched my eyes, so be careful if you put it around your eyes and you sweat. It is not fully water-resistance because when I have a little spray of water on my face, I saw the water melts the sunscreen. It leaves a white cast on my clothes, so be careful. For the oil control, I think it's just okay. I do not really recommend this because it is a little bit overpriced.

I've worked out and showered with this and you could see the water beading up on top of it, which seems to be a good indicator of how waterproof/resistant a sunscreen is (though probably not the end-all-be-all). I could also still feel the sunscreen on my skin if I touched/rubbed it. I have also roughly rubbed my face with this on purpose to see how friction resistant it is, and it didn't budge much either. The main thing is that when it gets wet it turns white, so if you plan to sweat a lot/go to the beach with this you might want to top it with a tinted sunscreen.Overall I love this sunscreen. Keeps my oils at bay, looks great on bare skin and does well under makeup. I would just recommend to not roughly blend your makeup as that could disturb the 'friction resistant' layer and may cause it to look patchy. Otherwise, its beautiful under there too
Have used another version of this brand before and remember it being better than the western thick heavy white cast sunscreens I have back home. This doesn't leave a very strong white cast, you just need to apply it and the white cast disappears quite quickly (absorbs in). It is very easy to apply on though occasionally I do find it a bit oily - may just be the milky application. It has a light fragrance.

From what I understand, this is the latest reformulation of this product. I'm giving it 4 stars because they have remained pretty close to the original (almost identical I would say). This is is still a milky, light weight formula that applies very easy and fast. It is supposedly the same level of protection. It is still a hybrid sunscreen which I totally appreciate it. I was just wishing that this new formula would have a more matte finish but it didn't. The finish is still the same: kind of semi-matte and it feels soft to the touch. My only problem is that after less than an hour it starts to look shiny/dewy on my skin which I do not like.
