If you have never sat down with your child and looked through one of these books you are missing out big time. The art work is fantastic and beyond amazing, the story is short and fast, and there are hidden things to find on every page which makes it interactive. Get one of Graeme’s books if you get the chance you won’t be disappointed.❤️

This is a classic children’s book that is timeless. The illustrations capture the attention of readers, young and old. It is much, much more than an alphabet book. I highly recommend it.
This book is a long time favorite of my grandchildren. They read it at bedtime even at 10 yrs. old. We love finding the hidden pictures & the rhymes. Animalia is a book for every age. It never fails to entertain. We love all Graeme Base books!!!
I had this book for my children and had passed it onto my first granddaughter.... so when another daughter had a child just had to get another copy. Not surprised it's still in print as it is as fresh today as it was back then. Like Dr Seuss, every child should have this.
Animalia is a classic book that sparks the imagination as well as the vocabulary of the reader. The pictures are beautifully illustrated, with many hidden components that any age would find interesting, and even advanced readers could find it hard wrapping there head around some of those tongue twisters.
There are times were people over complicate the simple, but there are times where a person knocks it out of the park. This piece of literature embeds and surpasses generations from a little kid at school, to now an adult with kids passing on the baton.
The only way to buy this book now is used as new editions are much smaller size. The artwork is so beautiful, emailer editions do not do it justice. Animalia is is a must have for every child, its so much fun sharing each page.
This is a wonderful, beautifully illustrated book, that's full of unexpected hidden surprises, I've loved these books for over 33years . My daughter read and loved Grames books in kindergarten-she's a full grown adult now with a psychology degree. I ordered this copy for my 9 yrsold cousin to read and grow with. And now she can take all hidden clues from every page to their website for a possible prise, which is a new interactive feature.
