I bought this more than one year ago and use it for several yearly camping trips, or other outdoor activities, even around the house sometimes. I came to write this review because I recently bought a newer, different-brand portable charger with a solar-charging option, that was supposedly 30,000mah. After taking both on a 5-day camping trip, this older Anker one was much more reliable, was able to charge many more devices, and recharged much faster during short trips in the car with both ports plugged in. For a family of 4 with 4 phones and 2 watches, (charging 2 phones with each per night) the other solar one was good for about 2 nights and not much more. And it seems like in my experience the Anker devices are much better quality than most of the off-brand stuff, and also their batteries actually contain the listed capacity. Whereas other knockoff brands tend to lie about their specs.To me it’s worth paying for a known brand here.

Can't fault Anker products or their brilliant customer service! This piece of kit is excellent - just what you need when travelling around - especially when your iphone consumes huge amounts of battery just by being on...This power bank has three usb outputs and a double charging function if required. It does weigh a bit more than my previous power bank but has twice the capacity so only expected.In summary, a great purchase and thanks to Lois for resolving a problem I created on the first order.

I bought three. Two where Christmas gifts. I love Anker products. I have had tremendous luck with all of their products. I have power strips speakers and this is the second type of battery. Still have and use the first one I bought. This one is just bigger in all ways then my first one. Would definitely buy more if the need was their. Highly recommend. Buy your own cables. Their are some nice ones out there in colors. Get the large case holds everything nice and had a elastic band you can put your phone through to hold it while you charge it or with a long cable hold your phone while you charge it and leave the brick on the coffee table or whatever. I had my phone and Kindle charging. Like I said buy it. Would do it again if I had a need to.

The power bank was unwrapped with a half charge, or probably less. There are four indicator LEDs to indicate level of charge, and it had half of them lit. So I'm assuming it was around 30 to 40% charged. Around 4 and 1/2 hours on my Anker Powerport Speedpeed 5 with both of the included USB cables, and it was fully charged.Included in the box with the power bank was, two decent quality USB cables (not braided), an instruction manual, a customer feedback pamphlet, and a high quality mesh bag.Interestingly enough, as with the three other ports on my Powerport Speed 5, the power bank does not actually officially fast charge my phone, but upon some investigating, it charges at the same rate, and has the same estimated full charge time. So I'm not too worried about it, as this phone is quite old probably doesn't support newer standards.The look and feel of this power bank screams premium, with a matte black finish, that appears to be resistant to scratching, it is very minimalistic while still having all the features needed for a good power bank. No flashy branding, or distracting always on LED lights. (Except while charging either a device, or the power bank it's self) The ideal setup for this would be in a backpack with a long cord routed to your pocket, as this power bank is not super pocket friendly.Overall, my opinion has not changed, and I would still recommend this power bank to anyone who has lots of devices that need a charge, or somebody who likes camping without a solar setup. Very high quality product, but I expect nothing less from a company like Anker. 5/5 Stars.

I would have much preferred if they had included a USB-C port to allow for charging of the device and of USB-C devices (such as the iPad Pro with its USB-C to USB-C cable) as well as faster charging for the battery pack.So, if you are looking for a battery pack which is lighter and fits in a pocket or a small bag - this may not be for you but there are plenty of fantastic alternatives from Anker and other suppliers. If you are looking for something which can charge a laptop, an iPad and a phone all in one, that you want for travelling or that you don’t mind lugging around - you cannot do better than this.
The power bank its self is really good, however it has a duel charging facility, which is not compatible with the new 737 GaN technology wall charger.This leaves you with only 1 port charging as the new wall chargers only carry 1x usbA port. There is no supporting cable available from Anker ie usbc-usb micro. This is a bit of an oversight and results in having to use 2 suitable phone chargers. This then renders the purchase of the 737 wall charger Surplus to requirements, which is a shame as the 737 is great but is limited on backward compatibility.
This does multiple charges, which I love! BUT I have to use 2 cords to plug it in to re-charge the pack. AND it is larger than my previous Anker, which makes it challenging to carry around with my phone. I am not happy. Neither am I happy with the customer service!! I feel the customer service has been poor and on the uncaring side. What is a company without customers? And happy customers? Not real pleased. Also, I had the option to return, but at my own cost. Not happy.

For me, they have been a couple of well-made power banks.I've taken them on the road and into the woods. They take a fall like a champ and have proven quite durable. I've collectively put them through a couple hundred recharge cycles and they are still rating 85-92 watt hours. For four years these power banks have been putting up with my tech nerd outdoors lifestyle and are still going strong.Only issue is that when compared to more recent models, these banks charge very slowly (taking 12-14 hours if totally drained when charging using only one charge input port). The interfacing that this power pack makes with a power source demands high consistency in power output. This demand for stable/consistent power also has probably helped in prolonging their lives.Look, I have over 30 different types of power banks (yeah, I know). From experience, Anker makes some amazing products, and that positive reputation has been well earned. The PowerCore 26800 sets the standard in my 90+ watt hour power bank menagerie. If you want to get a family member a very dependable power bank that will stand up to the damages of usage and time, there is none much better that I have encountered. Buy it!

It's got huge capacity (it will charge my Sony Xperia XZ Premium 8 times before the bank needs charging itself), 3 separate charging output ports (so it's ideal for a couple or a family in a range of situations), it charges quite quickly for its size, charging in around 8 hours with dual inputs connected (two charging cables plug into the bank at the same time), and it has some brilliant safety features built in, such as protection against overcharging of devices from the powerbank (so in other words, if your phone only takes 90 minutes to charge but you left it plugged in for 120 minutes without monitoring it, that would still be safe), and protection against overcharging of the powerbank itself (so I can leave my powerbank charging overnight, and it's ready to go again once I wake up). The powerbank also features 'adaptable trickle charge', so it will feed lower levels of current into some devices automatically, such as some fitness bands/watches for example.Hopefully what I have written so far paints a clearer picture for you as to what owning one of these would be like. A couple of final points to make though... as silly as this may sound, I use mine around the house a lot. It frees you up completely, you don't have to sit near to where a charging socket is. You can sit anywhere in your living room, in the garden, in bed (and not have a cable stretched across the room). Also, Anker produce a range of models of powerbank, with varying sizes and features. This beast-of-a-powerbank is great, and I think you'd love it, but it may be worth checking out the other sizes that Anker do as well. If you're a fine lady, you may wish to go for a slim model that can easily be slipped into a handbag, for example.I genuinely believe most people would feel a real day-to-day benefit to their lives by owning a powerbank of some form. With today's dependance on devices in mind, it really does give you new freedom and peace-of-mind. Even if you only need a small one for emergency power.
