This is a very strong battery pack! Quickly charges your devices and lasts long between charges. A little heavy but not terrible, a little bulky but again, not terrible. The benefits of this device far outweigh these minor issues. Highly recommend! Just purchased another for a family member!

This product is worth it's weight in gold! If you use your phone constantly this is the charger for you. Only drawback was finding the right cord to ensure a quick charge. When fully charged will give you enough to keep your phone going all day and more. I have had it about 3 days and do not know how I made it before.

I like that this battery lasts a long time. My complaint is it doesn’t use USB C as the charging port or an option for charging devices at this time when it is so widely available. If it just used USB -C to charge instead of micro-usb, it would charge faster and the port could be used as both a charging and charger point. I didn’t think to verify it when paying over $40 for it since it is so common in other batteries, and that is on me for not verifying so I still give it 4 stars because it does last thru many charges.
Okay let me preface this by stating my qualification to review this device, I've built my own batteries from scratch for years an have quite a bit of electrical engineering background.This is the best prebuilt battery pack I've ever used, I purchased this on a whim after a cheaper model started to degrade on me, I decided to pick up a pack on my next walmart trip. I put this on the charger an waited, and waited then waited some more, hmm, this seems to take forever. After full charge over a 5 hour period using my best USB wall charger with fast charging it was ready for action. Okay fair enough, then waited the next day when my phone was about dead again, 30 minutes of charging back to full again on my iphone. then repeat the next day for about 5 days in a row without recharging this pack. So in total I now charge my Anker once a week on sundays an I can keep my phone topped up all week long without ever having to plug my phone into the wall, talk about convenient. I now don't have to worry about carrying a wall plug with me anymore. I carry this battery pack with me everywhere and only charge it once a week, no more 10 foot iphone cord and being tethered to a wall waiting to move. It charges at 5v 9v 12v. All the rapid charge specifications are good to go. I even put this thing to the test by using a dummy battery in my Canon DSLR with a booster cable which requires 5v @ 3amps which is a lot of power most packs can't push. This thing ran my DSLR all evening without breaking a sweat. I've loaned this pack to co workers at meetings and they marvel how this pack an get their phone fully charged in less time than the average business meeting lasts. In summary I'm extremely pleased with this purchase and will only use Anker power packs from here on out. I don't review products often as I don't get paid for my time but this device has earned my support and I appreciate the engineering that went into this modern marvel of charging wonder. To the 1 star because it takes forever to charge, do you expect gas to pump in 2 seconds, then why do you think 74 watt hours should go into a battery pack in less than 5 hours, physics you fools! 1 star shelia, I pray your offspring aren't as ignorant of science as you are. I wish I could have discovered this one sooner instead of all the cheap ones I've been using and having to sit and wait for my devices to recharge over a prolonged period when I could have had this one that recharges so much faster. Having the smart charging IQ technology to adjust for the ideal recharging current makes a huge difference in charging speeds. My phone used to take 4 hours to charge on my old pack and this one did it in about an hour. So yeah, I see an improvement in my charging game while I'm in the field. This portable charger is a must have for anyone that electronic dependent. It is definitely great to have while traveling or during an emergency. The battery came fully charged and was ready to use right out of packaging. It has two USB ports which allows you to charge two devices simultaneously. This is a great feature because I can charge multiple devices and not have to sacrifice. It charges devices super fast and I was able to get 4 full charges with my iPhone. The only downsides are that it is bit bulky and takes long to fully recharge. Although this is kind of expected due to the high capacity charging capability. Overall I would highly recommend.
powerbank has great battery life and can support 4 charges from 0% to 100%, HOWEVER i constantly notice it disconnecting from my phone. when i connect my phone and powerbank, there’d be moments where it charges just fine for a little bit and then disconnects for no reason. to reconnect, i’d usually just press the power button. i tried troubleshooting it, but it was to no avail. i’ve also recently had it refuse to charge my phone, even when pressing the button. this powerbank seems a lot lower-quality and a farcry from other powerbanks made by anker.
Start timer dispower bank as so much stored power! EXCELLENT. What a difference between the ten thousand units. Absolutely worth the extra money. Other facts do not last wrong enough. This one does, this is a great little power pack. Bought it on accident, but so glad that I did.
I'm not tech smart and needed something for a artist light board, want sure what i was looking for so a few diffrent things on a tv net work and most everything were Big and Bulky and expensive over $50 , came across this within my budget decided to give it a shot come to find out its perfect size about the size of a pack of cigarettes the long ones, comes with usb cord.can use it for your phone to.i haven't tried it on my lap top slash tablet but prettry sure it would work.
