The unit I received was new in sealed box and all charge ports functioned. I like the compact size for travel; it takes up little space. The unit is heavy and while some reviewers state it does not droop when plugged-in I found that it depends on the particular receptacle. it is a bit heavy and if not a tight wall receptacle then the weight will cause it to slightly pull out and stop charging. I think that is only a problem with some receptacles in vertical walls where the charger weight causes it to hang down. I would buy again and recommend this charger.

Have been buying Anker products for years as they are great quality and hold up well. This Prime charger is no exception and replacing a larger (and lower watt) adapter. Love that it's got a smaller footprint and an extra port for charging. What even better is that your primary usb-c port will still deliver good power even when both the usb-c ports are being used (but has best when used by itself). Would highly recommend, especially to anyone that is on the go (throw it into your bag) or looking for an extra charger to have around

Powers my iPad Pro 12.9" and also runs an auxiliary Toshiba hard drive, while accessing other media cards, etc., and also charges the iPad at the same time. However, When left alone and not doing anything else, it will charge to 100% in about 2 hours. About 1% in just over a minute or so. Good little unit. Has spots for 2 USB C chords, and 1 USB 3 (or 2) chord. Gets warm at room temperature (70 F/21 C). , but did not get hot yet. And the prongs fold in for travel or storage. Nice touch for a backpack or briefcase, etc. So far I like it.

This one charger replaced a few other OEM chargers I used on a daily basis. I find that the folding prongs are very convenient for placing it in a bag and its size is relatively small. Btw the charger's size, appearance and weight are great as well.I use this to charge my work laptop and its really good and reliable. I bought this on sale and even at its normal price, worth every penny. I've had no issues with the reliability of the product, if you don't have a charger and need one, get this, I promise you will not regret it. Personally I regret waiting this long to buy this convenient all in one charger.
It is not designed properly for Apple USB-C cables. Apple connectors are a little shorter than others (Thanks Apple! :/ ). This casusing that USB-C ports in the charger are too deep and do not lock themselves. There is no problem with other cables. I just removed fancy plastic cover at the top of the ports to make it work. I guess I lost the warranty because of that.Another issue is that charging speeds are lower at the moment when you connect the other cable without charging other device. Two cables in / One device charging and you are getting lower speed.Overall I still like it as it has 3 charging ports and has foldable pins. That is very good.
This is shorter than the 335 model, while tiny bit heavier. Probably won’t feel it unless having both swapping. Anyway they both works the same way.I used to pack a few 100W chargers with power cables connected. However after trying newer foldable power pin models and changed from Intel to Apple M2 MacBook Pro, this lower power one makes travel packing way simpler. Got a few already to let all family members accessing their power in their rooms, ABnB and hotels.
I bought this for my daughter’s Lenovo T14 Gen 3 after Anker confirmed it is compatible. However, while my daughter loved the compact size compared to the stock 65w charge block, this Anker Prime 737 will not charge the battery while working on the laptop. It charges fine when the laptop is not in use. However, when my daughter travels, she needs to charge her iPhone and Apple Watch at the end of the evening in a hotel room, which precludes charging the laptop. This means she has to carry another 20w charge block to charge the watch. Very disappointing.
I previously had a Samsung wall charger that came with my phone. It only has a single slot for charging and it promised 45W. I had it for years next to my bed so my wife used it at night and I got to use it when she was done. That grew tiring so I got this upgrade. We can both charge our phones and it's "super fast charging 2.0" for both our phones when using it at the same time. It's not an exaggeration when I say my phone is fully charged in about 35 minutes. I can't believe I waited so long for this. Buy one for your home, office and car.
Great portable power charger with enough amps to handle a USB-C notebook. This charger is heavy for its size, so you can tell that a proper transformer is in place for the amount of wattage going through it, unlike some imported models that overheat and have to back down in an endless cycle. It replaces a brick and full lamp cord that likely came with your original equipment. You will need to make sure to also use a proper USB-C cable with a built in chip to negotiate the variable power draw. Anker cables are obviously a good choice and are worth the small premium in cost. I have not tried this on a Macbook, but it has 67W which is what most require. The other benefit is I can charge my phone at the same time, which is a plus in hotel rooms that only have the one ... MoreGreat portable power charger with enough amps to handle a USB-C notebook. The other benefit is I can charge my phone at the same time, which is a plus in hotel rooms that only have the one outlet on the lamp, with maybe a lowest power USB-A port. Charging a personal phone, a work phone, and the laptop will work now that I have three ports at my disposal.Overall, I have been pleased with Anker products. I have on occasion tried to save some money by buying the imported models with various unknown-ish brand names, and have frequently been disappointed with working as advertised, or working at all. I have never had issues with Anker products working as described. Would definitely purchase again.
