Excellent flour to make pizza if not the best. My husband made this Hawaiian pizza using this flour and it was so delicious. It has pizzeria consistency, practically no difference from pizzeria’s pizza. I enjoyed it so very much. Homemade!! So good!

Genuine pizza flour at my local walmart, FINALLY!!! A better price than I've been paying to have Amazon ship it to me in these small packages. If I used more of it, I'd probably buy the huge bag of the Caputo Pizza flour, but this is great for a quick run to the store to make 3-4 nice, big, pies. While you're there, don't forget the block of Great Value Whole Milk Mozzerella and the Cento San Marzano tomatoes that Walmart is forward-thinking enough to carry!!! Gotta make that sauce too!!!
Seeking a good pasta flour. Compared Amazon and this was available at our local Walmart. Makes amazing pasta in our pasta maker, ez peezy. Buying it again. I love homemade pasta, and this does it!

I've been a baker for more than 20 years, a friend of mine asked me to bake bread while visiting her and this was the first time I used Tipo 00 Extra Fine Flour.I fell in love with this flour, the bread that we used to think was great is now wonderful!! ♥Just wish it was available in our local store.
i saw no difference when i used this flour for pizza dough instead of all purpose flour. would not buy it again.
