I purchased 3 of these pans for me and my 2 daughters. They are an excellent size, easy to use and easy to clean. Love the glass lid and the fact that is not a heavy pan and of an excellent quality. This pan stays permanently on my Induction cook top ready for action at any time.

I purchased 3 of these pans for me and my 2 daughters. They are an excellent size, easy to use and easy to clean. Love the glass lid and the fact that is not a heavy pan and of an excellent quality. This pan stays permanently on my Induction cook top ready for action at any time.
I initially bought the milk pan in this range and was so impressed I also purchased this pan. It is amazing. I will be changing all my pots and pans over to Anolon. I find it's so much better than stainless steel.

I have another Anolon Endurance Pan at home & just loved it so much I needed another one so I could give the other one a break. Love the two handle option also as makes it easier & less heavier than holding one long handle
I have had my Anolon Sauteuse now for a couple of years now and love that i can cook on the stove top then into the oven it sill going strong and cleans up beautifully
easy to clean, healthier cooking, reliable - an essential part of the kitchen that you will fall in love with for all the right reasons
A very versatile design to cook anything in: deep fry, pan fry, casserole. I got this 4 years ago & burnt sticky sauce several times. Soak & scrub ( non- metalic scrub) and most will come off. Although this reduced the non- stick property, the non- stick layer does not peel off like for cheaper brands. I like it this way for cooking steak, giving better charring. It’s still great for pan frying fish but I just got new one for more delicate dishes like omelette.
