Revolutionary snowboardski helmet from Anon, featuring innovative WaveCel safety technology The Logan WaveCel a revolutionary skisnowboard helmet from Anon, containing technology that breaks new ground in helmet safety.Whilst your standard foam helmet will protect you from direct impacts, Wavecell has been developed with the reality in mind - that impacts during snow sports are unpredictable and can come from any angle. WaveCel consists of a collapsible cellular structure that absorbs the force of an impact before it reaches your head. But what makes this technology unique the cells ability to flex, crumple and glide depending on the angle that it hit. Rigorous testing has shown that using helmets containing WaveCel instead of standard EPS foam reduces the likelihood of suffering concussion by 48 times. In addition, Wavecel helmets absorb up to 73 more rotational acceleration to the brain than a standard helmet. The Logan Wavecel also features Anons In-Mold Shell Construction which combines a lightweight polycarbonate shell with an EPS liner. This provides fantastic comfort and a sleek and low-profile overall fit.Passive ventilation channels means the inside of your helmet will maintain a consistent temperature all day, as well as keeping the vision through your goggles crystal clear. The innovative Fidlock closure makes clipping in super simple, with a magnetic snap buckle so you can secure the helmet quickly while wearing gloves or with one hand. The 360 Boa fit guarantees a perfect fit by creating a system that allows you to make easy and quick adjustments with the turn of a dial to smoothly distribute pressure across the helmet, reducing pressure points and giving you all-day comfort and support. The Logan WaveCel a groundbreaking skisnowboard helmet for all-mountain adventurers wanting the best protection possible.

- Fits nicely with Oakley Flight Deck L goggles- Boa tightener is A+- Fidlock is a game changer if used with thin gloves; requires technique/familiarity if used with thick gloves or mittens- Comfy, airy, lightweight feel- I normally hate wearing anything on my huge head, but this helmet isn't so bad

Quite good adjustments for keeping snug on head using gear at the back; which seems important as the chin strap doesn't get small enough for me. My previous helmet had opening/closing feature on vents that was very useful. I'm a bit concerned this one could be cold even with a beanie on underneath. Otherwise comfortable.

Pros:This helmet is super comfortable. I haven't worn a helmet in 20 years before this one, so comfort was top priority. It's so light that once it's on, I barely notice it on my head. The boa is very comfortable and keeps it secure and snug. The magnetic strap is awesome and easy to use with gloves or mittens. Did not fit well with my older Electric goggles, so I ended up buying some Anon M2 goggles, which fit perfectly.Cons:The ear flaps don't hug the head very much so they don't provide as much warmth as they could if they were tighter or angled in more. The wind noise can also be loud in the ear flaps. Vents cannot be closed, so it can get slightly chilly on cold days. Worn with a thin balaclava underneath is ideal. Fits well and was comfortable for 4 days in a row on the mountain. Feels lighter than the previous standard styrofoam helmet. Figured it was worth the extra $ to have the best protection. I also like the dark green color.
Purchased this in February 2024 and have used the helmet for fourteen days on mountain. I highly recommend this helmet - despite the absence of adjustable venting, the helmet and ear pads are sufficiently warm, feel is lightweight, and so far it appears to be holding up flawlessly. Size wise, it definitely runs true to size.
Nice and light, good warmth for Australian snow and the ear pads are easy to detach. The brim is nice for keeping water off the goggles and means it's compatible with more goggles. Does squeeze a little tight on the back left and back right of the head if you like to adjust for a tighter fit, but not a big deal. It was nice knowing that it had Wavecel considering how many times I smashed my head into the snow after catching edges multiple times on my first few days of snowboarding.
I've owned this for awhile now and I've had no issues with it. It's super comfortable and I don't feel any hotspots when I wear it all day. I did have to go one size up. I have a very round head and when I tried on a Large size helmet, I was getting hot spots on my head. Going one size up resolved that and the XL helmet doesn't feel big at all. The BOA really helps with fine tuning and making the helmet feel snug on your head. It also fits well with my Anon M4 goggles. Its a very clean look.
Awesome helmet! Vents work great. BOA really helps dial in the fit! This helmet pair up with ANON goggles are a must!
Helmet is great! Fits well and feels secure. The air vents on the top do not close so keep that in mind if you're going to be out in very cold temps on the mountain. Probably need to wear a head covering underneath or hood over the helmet on those days. I can definitely feel the cold come in. Otherwise great!
I purchased this for my fiancé for upcoming ski trips after doing a little research regarding Wavecell technology. We both have never skied with helmets until this last season, but nowadays we only see benefits in wearing them. The quality is solid and the Wavecell technology seems better on paper at least, than MIPS or just a standard helmet. She has yet to use it, so can't attest to the function, but based on the fit and features, I'm sure she'll love it on the slopes.
