Very pleased with these goggles. I purchased these as my old Smith's were prone to fogging and clarity on the "dingy" days was awful. Most of the time we skied Snowbird it was either snowing or low visibility. The goggles performed better than expected, fit great, never fogged and the lenses are so easy to change. My husband was so jealous I had to purchase a pair for him.

Thanks to the legends at Melbourne Snowboard Centre for the top of the line M4 Anon Toric Goggles, did a bit of research before buying as I currently run a Giro Ledge MIPS helmet and the goggles fit and suit the style of my helmet perfectly. The goggles as many are aware have the quick release magnets to swap lenses depending on weather conditions but found it super easy to do on the fly.Nice hard case for the spare lens and also a soft storage case for the main goggles.I have a narrow face and some would say they are huge but it doesn’t really feel like that when they are on your face. Vision is amazing you really dont see the putter frame and have great clear vision in front of you.If your looking to buy a pair and not sure, these will blow your mind away, ... MoreThanks to the legends at Melbourne Snowboard Centre for the top of the line M4 Anon Toric Goggles, did a bit of research before buying as I currently run a Giro Ledge MIPS helmet and the goggles fit and suit the style of my helmet perfectly. Finally an answer to a big problem I have always had snowboarding! A cold face! The magnetic face mask Google technology is a problem solver! I am fair skin and need the protection from the elements. No more taking my gloves off to adj an uncomfortable cold wet mask. Now I just touch my face to snap in the mask in percent place. This has made snowboarding great again! Can't wait to get more mask options. Also these goggles are high quality with the lense swap. Can't beat getting two senses in the purchase and a high end lense safety case!!! This is the future ladies and gents.

I'm sure the toric lenses are fantastic for reducing eye fatigue in the long run, but the coating on the inside is incredibly reflective, to the point of being legitimately distracting. I can see my own eyeballs reflected back at me in the lenses, with enough clarity to practically count my eyelashes. Since the point of the goggles is to see OUT of them, having a bright reflection blocking my vision kind of defeats the purpose. All external light sources have multiple halos around them, meaning that snow sparkling in the sun has 10,000 glittering ghosts as well. Very distracting riding experience, to the point of feeling legitimately dangerous.

The wide strap sits comfortably on my head and stays securely in place, even during intense runs. The three-layer DriWix foam ensures a comfortable fit against my face, while also wicking away any moisture to prevent discomfort. Finally, the magnetic lens system of these goggles is a game-changer. I love how easy it is to swap out lenses depending on the weather conditions, and the magnets provide a secure and hassle-free connection. Plus, the range of lenses available from Anon means that I can easily find a tint that's perfect for any situation.Overall, I am extremely impressed with the Anon M4 Ski Goggles. They are a top-quality piece of gear that have greatly enhanced my skiing experience. I would highly recommend these goggles to any serious skier or snowboarder looking for the ultimate combination of style, comfort, and functionality.
This is an unboxing review. I have not used these yet other than around the trying on in the house. Shipping was very fast, to my door, thank you. Coupon code for 20$, nice bonus. However, I do have two immediate problems with the product after inspection. The primary lens (smoke) shipped with the goggles was not protected in any way in the packaging and came all scratched and scuffed up in the very front/center where it was making contact with the box during shipping. The backup lens came in a wonderful hard shell with a soft side against lens and plastic wrap on inside of lens, and as you could expect it appears flawless. I understand they want the product to look cool in the packaging but after paying 300$ for a pair of goggles I really want them to be perfect ... MoreThis is an unboxing review. The backup lens came in a wonderful hard shell with a soft side against lens and plastic wrap on inside of lens, and as you could expect it appears flawless. I understand they want the product to look cool in the packaging but after paying 300$ for a pair of goggles I really want them to be perfect coming out of the box. The smith I/O mags I got for my girlfriend did not have this same problem. Next potential problem is the glue between lens and black sealing agent, it appears spotty and I question whether the goggles will fog under realistic usage conditions.Next of all the box itself didn’t have any tape, or plastic seal of any kind. This may mean nothing but it made me question whether they were previously bought and returned or pulled off of the display shelf where people were handling them regularly. All in all I’m being a little bit picky about the scratches/scuffs but it definitely is annoying to say the least. I wish they would protect the primary lens as they did the secondary, or change the packaging design to one more similar to that of smith I/O to prevent that problem. It was certainly deflating.
The M4's seemed too large, and these were just right. Compatibility with the M4S Cylindrical lenses are awesome. Purchased the regular M4S (w/ sunny onyx & variable violet) and low bridge fit version (variable blue & cloudy burst pink) for my wife, and both were a perfect fit. Each of the lenses were better in variable light than I expected, and fortunately the Onyx wasn't as dark as I'd been led to believe. Being able to swap each of the 4 lenses is awesome, but we both thought the best feature was the included MFI mask, which doesn't fog the lenses at all. The magnetic connection between the goggles and lens was also a lot stronger than expected.
Purchased the M4S for my daughter. Fit is perfect and she loves the S1 53% VLT cloudy pink lens. The S2 21% VLT variable blue extra lens, lens case, goggle bag and MFI facemask are a great combo. The magnetic tech is super nice. They are quality goggles and happy with the purchase. Purchased a pair M4 (non S) for myself as well.
No question these are the most versatile goggles on the market. Toric and cylindrical lenses are options, the field of view is solid, and the lens change system is unrivaled. The Perceive lenses add contrast and detail in bright and low light. For flaws, on two different lenses there was internal fogging in the top right corner to start, and one situation became significant condensation inside the lens. The MFI mask is way thick and I found it hard to breath in, in addition to just adding lots of bulk around the neck which interfered with zipping up layers.Lastly these are pretty big googles, so they aren't for all face sizes, but thus far they've paired up with several helmets without issue.Overall really good, maybe great, but there's compromises.
While I've skied for decades I always just used polarized sunglasses. Well, now i'm old and have arthritis and have to be more careful. So, i just went with best recommended product I could find. These, though pricey, are incredible. Zero fogging. Fabulous on all the slopes on sunny days and snowy days. It is true the lens stays put but comes off for swapping easily. The products directions and explanations and all were well done. So, while I shopped around on reviews, I haven't been a goggles user in the past so don't have that to compare. But for sure, if you want high quality, hassle free product for lots of downhill skiing in different conditions i can recommend these.
