So far so good. The helmet fits, but it's a little snug on the sides of the head. Both ear pads are connected by one piece of fabric, which is odd but shouldn't be annoying. The one thing that might be annoying is how the chin strap is connected to the clasp. It could fall out if you try to loosen it too much. You can work around it if you're careful. The class on the other hand is genius. It's super easy to hook and unhook, which will be very nice with gloves on. I haven't worn it skiing yet but it seems promising. It pairs perfectly with my Anon M3 goggles and face mask.

I had owned whatever the predecessor to the Rodan was and loved it. Then I fell and cracked it last season, so I bought another helmet that was on sale. I wasn't that happy so finally, when there was a sale code, I ordered this helmet. Unfortunately, this (and other Anon helmets, I soon learned) did not fit the same AT ALL. So I wound up returning this and going with a Smith instead.

This helmet fits better than any helmet I have ever owned. The boa system is great if your head doesn't exactly fall into the S/M/L sizes. Looks good too - fits around my Oakley Flight Deck goggles very well. My only complaint is that it didn't last very long for me. I owned the helmet for two years and it is now covered in dents, which might be my fault, but I've never had to retire a helmet so quickly.

First impressions are good. Love the matte gray paint with red and yellow ear muffs.Fit is a little snug with a beanie but my beanie is also a little thick. With no beanie fit is a amazing! (Size M)I have some old dragon goggles that ride the contour of the helmet leaving no gaps.Boa system for adjusted fit works great and I am a big fan of the clip in the back for goggles. Simple and effective.Cost was lower than I expected for this Caliber of helmet.Love my new Anon helmet!! Definitely good impression from the brand! Thanks!!
Nice fit. Works well OVER my goggles. Small, removable foam spacer in the ear covers that frees up space for headphones or sound chips. I normally wear a 7 5/8 hat and like a beanie under my helmet. XL worked great for me.
Comfy helmet, second season riding with it. I like how I can tighten the boa at the back with mits on and it stays on without the strap done up even when I slammed backwards in soft snow (neck cracker) Bit hard to do the strap with mits even tough its magnetic. Wind noise is bad on the lifts. Overall happy. Good quality and keeps the wet stuff out well.
When I received the Anon Rodan MIPS helmet I realized that the ventilation holes are too small. Curiously, the non-MIPS version of this helmet has larger ventilation holes. Otherwise, this seems to be a great helmet: lightweight and comfortable. The BOA system makes it fit perfectly. The pockets for audio are sealed with velcro. But skiing in Southern California can get hot, so I am going to exchange it for the Anon Echo, which has much better ventilation.
I could definitely do without this helmet. Basically, I needed a Helmet ASAP for a trip coming up and fell in love with the look of this one. I thought it would be alright but took one VERY MINOR spill and it dented and peeled some of the paint off the top of the helmet already. For what it costs I'm not very impressed. To top it off the buckle is really cool however, it is SUCH a pain to attempt to take off. So overall, the quality feels cheap, the helmet is a little to light weight for me to feel comfortable if I happen to take a hit or something bad happens. I would not recommend this one and probably will not buy an ANON again to be honest.
This helmet is definitely not life changing but it does get the job done. The buckle is NOT as easy as the website makes it, it's actually really hard to get off which is good and bad. Was under the impression they were headphone compatible however they actually are not. Which is a HUGE bummer because I have helmet headphones and now no place to put them which stinks. The quality is really not there though because I took one slight spill, and didn't even bump my head against anything but the ground and it ALREADY has a good size gash taken out with paint taken off. Thus I do worry what will happen when I get hit or take a hard fall with it on. Overall I can't say for how much this helmet cost I'm really not that impressed with it, needed a helmet really quick though ... MoreThis helmet is definitely not life changing but it does get the job done. great design and comfortable fit. after measuring my noggin got an inbetween size of 59cm, so opted for the large over the medium. thanks to the wonderful boa tightening system it closes off the size difference for a nice snug fit and also allows that looser freespace if i want to wear a beanie for those colder days. also have the anon m4 torics and they sit in under the helmet peak beautifully like two peas in a pod with a nice clip at the back to stop the goggle band moving, happy as larry m8. -dan
