Solid helmet! Fit felt good. Not as soft and squishy on the inside as older style helmets. Kept my ears and head warm on cold days (10-15F) and breathes good on warmer days (30F+). Wish there was a removable earflap for really warm days. Since there is no give on the padding inside, if you are right on the larger end of the size scale, you may want to consider sizing up.

Have had this helmet for a season and have absolutely loved it. The fit is great, sizing is accurate, it keeps my ears warm while also giving me the opportunity to remove the pads in the warmer temps. Love how simple it is to clasp and adjust the MIPS. Fits great with the Anon Sync Goggles!!
It's rare that a helmet fits my narrow, yet surprisingly large head. They're usually way too tight on the forehead and loose on the sides. This one fits well and has a tightening mech. that has it fitting even better. I do find that I need to retighten it throught the day.
Legit chin strap and Has Velcro enclosure for Bluetooth . Very well constructed and should last many seasons. Lighter than my other helmets I recommend 👌🏻
Good fit, I like the inside material and adjustable toggle. Chin strap mechanism is innovative and easy to use with big mitts. Perfect fit to my Anon MFS goggles and mask. Would be nice to have a vent closeout option for extreme cold.

I was riding the lift up the mountain, when a gust of wind snapped a pine tree, it fell, trunk landing directly on my head. I suffered a stable fracture in the neck (C1 cervical spine) and 3 minor compression fractures in the thoracic spine. All this will heal on its own with a neck brace/stabilization. Had I not been wearing this helmet, at the very least I could be a quadriplegic, or at the most, dead. Don't mess with safety on the mountain, whether you're actually skiing, or riding the lift! You never know.
the wavecel inside the helmet has cracks when came out of the box. it appears that the wavecel protection is only for one time use, and in terms of weight, it is much heavyer than my original smith maze,overall I will still go back to mips helmet
