I used in my first gluten free pizza with flour ordered from Giadzy. Here recipe on the site said put yeast in warm water with honey but the package said no need to that you can just mix in flour. I followed the recipe but it did not rise any. I guess I will try not putting it in the water and see what happens.

We tried the much cheaper bulk yeast from Sam's Club while keeping everything else the same. We didn't think it would make a difference. It did. Much thicker crust. Who would have thought!
Have been using this yeast with the gluten free flour from the same company, with excellent results. Love not having all the single-use packets to throw away. Metal can is recycleable; only lid is plastic.
Yeast was faulty. Used for 30 pizzas before realising that’s not how it should be.Thanks
