AOC CU34G3S 34inch 165Hz WQHD Curved VA Gaming Monitor

I use it for WFH and gaming. In brief words, the monitor has a good quality for its price point, and you get what you paid for. The image quality is fine, the colours are ok, and the brightness is not the best, but it works. The built-in speakers are weak, but they make it easy if you don’t want to use headphones.

The screen is awesome. Great colour, definition and clarity. I spend a lot of time studying, reading content on screen. This screen has helped with the constant eye strain i was getting from my older screen. Set up is super easy, no screw drivers or allen keys needed.

Great monitor with a great picture. Really happy with the purchase. Use it for work and gaming, both of which it s excellent at, yes there are wider monitors but this is perfect for my needs. The USB hub is also really useful and the inclusion of 2 display ports means both my work dock and my PC can use display port not needing to rely on an hdmi port.

Had high hopes for this monitor, great in bright scenes not bad colors but had shocking backlight bleed and black smearing, and ghosting . if you were looking for a competitive monitor for fps games I'd suggest staying away from this monitor, unless you were on a budget, racing games aren't bad but aren't great. Other then that, seems to preform okay. Will have to be taking mine back tomorrow im let down unfortunately. will be upgrading to the LG ips variant instead.

There is back light bleed on the monitor, but only noticeable when you have a black screen. Has screen glare if you have a window behind you, but otherwise I wouldn't notice any glare. I got it on sale, so am happy with the screen for that price (but would be looking at other monitors for the regular price tag when not on sale). The 165hz only works on DP and HDMI 2.0 is stuck at 100hz (if that matters to you). Plus, I have used the PS5 on this monitor and the PS5 outputs at 4K and the monitor shrinks the size down to fit the screen (well, this is what is happening in my case). So overall, I am extremely happy with the monitor, esspecially since I upgraded from a 24" 1080P Flat monitor.

Bought to help with eye fatigue from a flat ultrawide, some gaming but mostly work. Does amazing and lighting adjustments are excellent. The menu interface and functionality is great, over display port I get effortless 165hz gaming. Only major downside (even for the price) is the light bleed on black screen is pretty bad, but during gaming on moving colorful scenes the quality, refresh and absence of lag is spectacular for the money.

I've had this a month now. I don't use it for gaming - it's for work. Emails, word documents, large spreadsheets, surfing. I also stream the odd movie and youtube videos. I swopped out a 32" wide flat screen for this. The wide screen was making my eyes tired as I had to refocus every time I looked from one side of the screen to the other. This monitor has resolved that. My eyes are much happier. Resolution is high so I get lots of things on the screem. I use Microsoft Power Toys add on to windows to manage various windows on the screen - highly recommend this. For a day or two when I first got it there seemed to be a slight buzzing when I connected via display port which wasn't there when I connected with HDMI. I personally have had a pretty good experience with this curved Monitor and have been Using it for Ps4 and PC works pretty well did take a bit to setup the colors for each one. There is a couple good settings guides on youtube that are worth checking out. It took a little bit of adjustment going from a flat screen to a curved but after a couple days was all good, can see why people like them i Play Destiny 2 on PS4 it feels different at first but in a good way. Also on PC if the game has support for the ultra wide its great and others u can manually tweak if u have a bit of know how. *****But if u aren't the sort to play around with settings then i would recommend checking out a few comparison Videos on youtude to see if the Ulrawide monitors a for you.****

Better than 2 monitors

This monitor is awesome. I use it for gaming and whatever. I group apps together on one screen now instead of having a screen for each and this is just way better. The refresh rate is awesome and all the other features like freesync make it very nice to game on.

Great screen for the price

I bought this to use for sim racing and to use for working at home and it has handled both brilliantly. The screen curve isn't too much and the refresh rate is great as long as your PC can handle can keep up. The only issue I have had is screen bleeding if I go to watch a movie or something like that. But doesn't effect immersion for me so highly recommended.
