The unit is probably fine however the user interface locks up every single time it's opened. APC say its my problem not theirs. Not impressed. Will not buy APC again. Very poor support.

APC UPS's are my preferred brand. They do the job well and are very reliable. They do not have the fancy digital displays of some other brands but if you want a good, reliable, quiet UPS, this is a great product.
