I've had mine for the past few weeks and taken it on a few rides. It is a well built solid entry level scooter. It has enough power for a bit of a thrill but not so intense like some of the other scooters out there. It gets up to 26-27 mph and maintains about a 18-22 going up hills which is great. I've always wanted one, but weighed way to much for the vast majority of them to be useful unless you went to the big boys.The area that I live in has some pretty steep inclines depending on where you want to go. It would be useful in my opinion if it could show the Voltage instead as most Ebikes do, since those numbers are much easier to wrap your head around once you know the product.I've also had an accident on this scooter and broke out one of my turning signals. Unfortunately I couldnt use one of the spare caps apollo gives, so I went through the warranty process and was able to get my claim through extend. Although as a side note, speaking as a developer going through their site gave me massive red flags that I just spent money on a scam. Whenever I see basic elements not working on a professional site, I generally assume that the product isn't legit. Not on apollo whatsoever, but should be a consideration with the companies they partnered with.Otherwise everything on the scooter has been wonderful. The stock lights are super bright. The suspension is fantastic for all the pot holes I've come across down the road. The handling is fantastic. Regen break works really well when you are in a stop/start environment, which is where I've notice more mileage in my experience. At 49 lbs, I can easily carry it up to my apartment up the stairs, or commute with it on a train/bus if I wanted to go the distance with it. Overall as a first scooter, you can't go wrong with this scooter.

Got my GO yesterday, and took it out for my inaugural ride today. My first time on an e-scooter, or really riding any kind of motor vehicle smaller than my Harley motorcycle, and I've got to say, it's a treat. Setup was easy, calibration and pairing with my phone was simple, and it's really intuitive to learn the controls and motions for riding.The regen brake is incredibly strong, so I had no fear taking off down the (very steep) hill I live off of, because the brakes took me to a smooth stop at the bottom with no worries. Battery level is also pretty good; I got 13.5 km on just over half a battery, which as tested for me was a bit over the distance to get to and from work in the day. The other is that I never got tracking info or anything for my shipment; I actually received my GO on the third business day after ordering, and I'm glad my roommate went home for lunch when they did, because I had no idea it was even in transit, let alone had been delivered. It's kind of an expensive thing to not have any tracking for.But, overall, it's been fun so far, and I'm looking forward to work tomorrow so I can ride my GO on in.

Add rubber guard to protect the plastics on the turn signal lights.One of two of my unit's folding mechanism is very stiff which makes it hard to fold/unfold.The magnet for the folding/locking mechanism hook is not strong enough to hold it in place.Make handle bars foldable, the length shortened, and the weight reduced for more portability.Make the handle bar button placements more ergonomic and easy to reach for the right one. This scooter has GREATLY improved my quality of life. I no longer dread making the 3 mile round trip for food when its 90 degrees and 90% humidity. My ride to work is less than 10 minutes. My legs aren't tired before I get to the gym for leg day. This scooter lets me explore a little without having to rely on Uber or a bus or a friend with a car. Yes, reader, this is my second Go.After 1-2 weeks, my first Go started making a distinct clunking noise when I hit the throttle or electric brake hard. I could hear it and feel it. Apollo was very good about this. They simply sent me a replacement and I sent mine back. Apollo paid for shipping both ways. Everyone in the customer service/repair teams I interacted with was great. They all knew what was going on with my ticket and they all responded to me quickly. Definitely, no one was a bot. In my book, everyone involved gets an A+. Unfortunately for me, the replacement scooter has started doing the same thing, but I have another observation: the clunk happens when the scooter is powered on while in motion. If I'm walking it along, and I turn it on: big ol' clunk. It seems like its coming from somewhere in the deck. I really don't want to go without a scooter for 2 weeks again because this thing is a big part of my life now. I just don't know what the problem is or if it's something I'm doing. I am not an abusive rider, and previous (cheaper) scooters I've had have made the same routes without an issue like this. If someone is combing through these reviews I'd genuinely love some insight.You'll notice I didn't rate this scooter 5/5 stars or 100%. I think there is some room for improvement. The Apollo Pro uses name brand Samsung battery cells, and I would like for those cells to make their way to all scooters in Apollo's lineup. The Go can go over 25mph, and while the regen brakes are great, it should also have a front brake. The full suspension is very welcome, and while it is overall effective, I think it could use some tuning in rebound. I find myself bouncing up and down a couple times after some bumps, though I don't know how you would adjust rebound in the rear suspension. The front suspension I think could be a bit stiffer, but maybe that's just my taste. I'll reach out to see if it's adjustable by the end user, but maybe I'm just a spoiled mountain biker. Lastly, it seems like the first scooter used more battery per ride than it's replacement, but it's hard to know for sure. The battery readout on the scooter's dot matrix display doesn't seem to simply show percentage battery remaining. It also seems to take into account the rate at which the battery is being drained. For example, as I'm coming home and going uphill, the battery seems to drain very quickly. But when I set out for my next ride, the battery is miraculously more full than I left it. Perhaps my replacement scooter shipped with updated firmware.Overall, I really like the Go and I don't regret my purchase, but there is room for improvement. The biggest thing I would like to see are those Samsung cells from the Pro. Perhaps once Apollo's production numbers pass a certain threshold
Overall the Go is great:- Super zippy, range is ok, fun to ride.- Extremely visually well designed.- Regen braking is fantastic.- Folding and locking mechanisms are great.- The light bar is bright AF!- Controls are good but a little far from where your hands naturally go on the grips.- It's portable and easy to manage with the built in rear handle - can lift it up by the rear handle and roll it around on its front wheel like a wheelbarrow using one hand. I can bring it through a turnstile with minimal difficulty.Quibbles:- The rubber on the rear kickplate/handle is coming delaminated after 7 or 8 rides. I imagine it will just tear off at some point, which is disappointing. I only weigh 120lbs btw.- The steering notches into a center position. I can see this could be helpful for folding but when steering at slow speeds you have to overcompensate for the notch and it gets squirrely. It's hard to steer with finesse because of this. I read about this in one of the reviews and was afraid it would be a problem - it is, unfortunately. Never a good idea for a steering mechanism to resist turning when you want to turn and your balance depends on it.Ultimately, I wanted more scooter but settled for the Go because of portability, range, power, and thoughtful design. And it does its job well, but it's not perfect. That being said, it really is a blast. I've even gone on some groomed gravel trails and it does well as long as I don't hit rocks, which it is not designed for. Perhaps not the best for beginners because of the steering notch and the zippiness if you aren't used to riding scooters or bikes or other two-wheeled vehicles.

The Apollo site lets you create and account and track your miles but they will not provide any kind of support without it being purchased directly from Apollo on their site. Attempted to reach out to them and the only possible way to get in contact is through email or video chat BUT you must provide an Order Number of purchase only provided through the Apollo site. This means Best Buy won’t service it and neither will Apollo under Warranty. Scooter has a warranty but there’s no way to fulfill that warranty without an Order Number. I’ve replaced tires on my car on my own without issue and I am experienced with tools and repair as I work as a tech with tools on a daily basis.Communication with the manufacturer should be easy and straightforward. I’d be concerned to purchase this unit from Best Buy as the promises the company makes regarding the warranty aren’t actually fulfillable when the customer attempts to use those protections. I’d recommend if you were to actually want to purchase one of these scooters, maybe purchase it directly through the manufacturer or else the warranty might not be something you could actually use.
