I loved how fast it was delivered it was actually delivered a day early! It came in great quality no damage whatsoever! Only two small things, it did not come charged and the charger they gave me (not apple as stated when I ordered) doesn’t charge it fast. Both things not a big deal I was just excited to get it! I had another charger for it and it works great! So glad I didn’t pay full price for a brand new one when I got a basically brand new one for much cheaper!! 10/10 recommend!

Firstly, if you have an iPad Pro 2018 already, no need to upgrade to this one. I was a iPad user before. I bought iPad2 long time ago and It was a game changer for me. Now with this device I am feeling the same again.The things that I love;- Very powerful CPU chip.- Multi tasking is great- 120Hz display is very responsive- LiDar scanner (virtual reality) is very accurate- FaceId is working better than I expected

I love this iPad Pro 11 inch 2020. It has has 120 hertz and larger display screen. I really like the Face ID. It has usb c port and that supports faster charging and data transmission. I replaced my iPad Air 3 2019 with this device. I prefer this device way over my previous device.

This product was labeled as "new" when I purchased for $300. However, upon receiving, I found the iPad had multiple scratches on the back as well as some hand writing. After contacting the seller, they acknowledged that they should have labeled "like new" and eventually only offered me a $35 dollar refund. This product was not in "like new" condition. I would not trust purchasing from this seller.
I would definitely give more stars, this iPad doesn’t look like it been refurbished. The only question I have is The battery that is in it, is that BRAND NEW? Only because as you use more n more the batteries start to slowly drop in the percentage that they had when we First initially purchased them. So is the battery refurbished as well or is it a new battery?
I'm not a fan of apple products but i fell in love with this iPad when I seen my coworker with it. I just had to have it. When i got it it was bigger than i had expected it to be. For the size it was very light weight. I love the camera.

It may have a different cable of a apple charger but it is really fast on charging than a phone! This is my 4th day of having the Ipad Pro and it is amazing! It is really helpful and same with drawing such as Procreate, Ibispaintx, and etc. The best part is that by the quality of the camera, it is so well that it can be as a photograph as like a camera. Its like the iPhone 11, from the camera, the quality and smoothness. Everything is so well made, I love it so much. It may be really expensive but it is really worth it. Unfortunately when I turned the iPad on for the first time I noticed there was a yellow tint or burn-in taking up a significant portion of the screen. Though there was no other damage or imperfections. The box said it had been a display or demo unit, so the screen was likely on 24/7 for months.
theres literally nothing advanced in this device. its the same garbage over and over. the only thing positive in it, is the convenience of having a semi portable device, i say that due to the abysmal battery complications that EVERY apple product has. Its almost like they do it on purpose along with making anything they have obsolete after a distinct matter of time. No i do not recommend any ios based product to anybody its all utter garbage. Do not support a company that only cares about grabbing your hard earned money in these times. theres a lot for me to say but i feel as if ive said enough. ( btw the genius bar in the stores use windows and linux to "fix" your products and apple is run off of a linux kernel.
