The buds fit in the case tight, and you don’t have to worry about them falling off. The hinge is metsl so there’s no worry about any snapping. The finish on the case is glossy plastic so you don’t have to worry about any grease stains sticking on them, they stay very clean looking. The case is also built comfortably, the round build is easy to slide in the pocket, and they don’t bulge out uncomfortably. All in all for the Apple user looking for solid earbuds, these are what I recommend. They are solid, near perfect daily drivers. They are great for daily commutes, and home use. They also work at the gym and jogs, even though I do use my Jabra Elite Active 4’s during my workouts as I do prefer their tighter fit when working out.

Air Pod Pro More like Air Pod Rookie

I’ve had the AirPod Pros for nearly 60 days and I’ve used them lifting, walking, biking, around the office, and just casually throughout the house and I am fairly impressed by some of the features. the noise cancellation, using them vacuuming, doing dishes, or at the gym — they do block out a good bit of sound. The transparency mode is cool if you want to stay more alert. Then theres as the volume and sound quality which I find to be impressive. The Bluetooth/phone integration is very cool and I love flipping open the case and seeing the status of my earbuds and mag case battery on my phone. As long as I can remember apple headphones have never fit well in my ears. I figured the pro would alleviate this and for the most part it DOES, they work they do stay in 95% the time but not as securely as I’d like. Most people reading this will understand I feel like I’m constantly pushing them in to be positive they’re not about to fall out. This is due to my own anatomical problems (big ears) and therefore I can’t rag too hard on Apple. You can buy little rubber ear attachment's on Amazon like I did but it’s kind of a pain to put them on and take off when you want to put the earbuds back in the case.Lastly, I’m not super impressed with the battery life. I listen to a lot of podcasts on any given day (4-6 hrs) and while I’ve only had my earbuds die once I was surprised to see how much the battery drains on one consistent session of listening at 30-40% volume. If you’re the type of person to not put your earbuds back in the case you’re going to find the battery is going to die on the earbuds.Additionally, I’ve reset my airpod pros twice now to fix some glitchy issues. The main one was when taking a call on these I’ve had this happen twice where the person I’m speaking to couldn’t hear me and it kept cutting out but as soon as you switch to your speaker on the phone they could hear me. It wasn’t my phone service. Just something to consider if you’re gonna use these and take calls.

Also let me say this unless you have abnormally shaped/small or large ear canals you shouldn’t have any issue with them falling out even when exercising heavily. And they charge in not very long amount of time and with the mag safe case you have quite a long battery life also if you have iPhone I don’t know why you would go with anything else except for possibly beats as the interface together perfectly just about. Also the noise cancellation is incredibly superb and yet still will allow you to hear important sounds such as sirens things of that nature which is just incredible that it’s able to differentiate for you also work extremely well for using as a Bluetooth headset for phone calls etc and also the range of maintains good connection with whatever they’re paired to via Bluetooth is very good and no matter what you are listening to whether it be music streaming movies or phone calls sound quality is superb allowing you to hear things that you just would not hear it unless play through a very expensive home or audio theater surround sound system or sound bar. Also they seem to be much more durable than match most all other on the market in fact if anything it’s the charging case that might be suspect in that regard however there is so many different protective cases out on the market some even that are waterproof and dust proof and there is even AirPod individual protection pieces also attachment protective pieces and if you’re one of those people that has issues with with all headphones falling out due to small ears or whatever you can get the over the ear hook accessory items and even the behind the neck wire attachment to connected then too and you can even download the app in order to find Each individual airpod or the case if miss placed. That being said there’s a few things I would add or change if I could one being I would like them to have included more bass or mini subwoofer also being they cost as much as they do it would be nice if they were somehow able to take a mold cast of your ear canal and then custom make the silicone fittings for your ears specifically and the other thing and one and only thing that I would say could use improvement is some type of system to be able to lock shut the lid of the case and and or to come completely waterproof and dust proof not just resistant. Actually and one other thing be an improvement and that is better controls on the AirPods and selves so that you can adjust and do whatever you want by hand with just the AirPod itself also I forgot to mention that works great with Siri/Voice control directives I liked mine so much that I Just purchased a second pair after my first ones somehow got stolen at the gym

The battery life is pretty solid, when fully charged you get around 4-5 hours, and they charge fairly quick in the case. The case gets about 3 or 4 days of regular charges before it runs out of battery and needs to be charged with a cable.I guess my main problems with these is that they are a little awkward feeling in the ear. You are supposed to wear them kind of diagonal in your ears and they are bigger than most earphones I am used to. They aren't painful really when worn correct, but they do fill my entire eardrum and if I wear them for more than an hour or 2 they definitely start to mildly irritate my ears. They are good at cancelling outside noise, I can't hear my fan or the furnace with these on.The last issue is charging these things and the case. There is no percent or indicator on the battery of these or the case if you don't use apple products so if you are using these with a windows PC or Android you'll get a notification sound around 10 minutes before the battery dies on the phones. Then you put them in the charger to charge them and it has a yellow dot. When you put the headphones in the case it will have a yellow dot if the battery if low on the headphones and a green one if they are sufficiently charged. And when you take the headphones out the case will have a green or yellow dot based on if the case itself is well charged or needs to be charged with the cable. This is a little confusing at first and even when you get the hang of it, it still is annoying not knowing how many charges I can get out of a case and sometimes the case will be green and I'll let these charge overnight, then my computer won't detect them and when I open the case and take the airpods out I find out the case is not charged up, like if its less than 20 percent it should just show a yellow light. I never thought charging something could be so complicated, but I guess that's Apple's way of making things for no Apple users as annoying and complicated as possible so you have to buy their overpriced products. I mean AirPods aren't the best wireless headphones, most bigger headphones like Beats are slightly better and most wireless earpods in the 400-500 dollar range blow these away as well, but if you're looking for inexpensive wireless earpods with decent build quality, solid battery life, and has pretty solid sound quality for just watching random videos or casual music listening than these are great. But if you want audiofile headphones for serious music listening or use headphones as your main way to watch movies on your computer, then I suggest going higher quality and likely something like Beats or probably something even a little more expensive than Beats, but I'm sure 90% of people will be fine with these since they fulfill their purpose and after the first few weeks they start to feel more comfortable on the ears, even if you never fully get used to them, but I supposed that may vary depending on your ear size.

One issue after another

However, the next day it dies when I take it out because it wasn’t charged while inside the pod. Apple do not have good service when something goes wrong, they keep on misdiagnosed and don’t read their notes for repair. So now I’m stuck with an AirPods that works some day, and drained of battery, not usable certain days. So frustrated. In Dì suck and tired dealing with their customer service, waste of time and nothing gets done.

While the noise cancelling feature is nice, the audio quality itself playing music is only middling at best. The design of these make it difficult to obtain a good seal (maybe better ear tips would help), so a lot of bass is lost.I'm not sure if I just have a different ear from others, but I have a VERY hard time keeping these from falling out of my ears. Even just talking will cause them to slowly loosen and fall from their precarious perch. Hopefully you aren't near a toilet when this happens. Even Google's Pixel Buds are much more solid with their design, utilizing a wedge-type pattern that locks it into the ear. I imagine a lot of people end up losing one or both of these earbuds.Battery life is just okay, which likely is a result of the heavy lifting performed by the tech to achieve good call audio and noise cancellation. Toss them into the Magsafe case to recharge them, and you are good to go. Not stellar--they won't make it through a full day at the office--but not awful.Android devices won't be receiving all the features these have, which is standard for Apple products. Fairly disappointing business practice by Apple, especially considering other earbud manufacturers (including Google) offer stronger compatibility for multiple devices.Overall, these do remain in my pocket for making calls on my devices, but if I want to listen to music, I would have a harder time recommending these. The ease at which these fall out of my ear make them harder to recommend, but I may be in the minority on that. So while I do enjoy them, I am not blown away by them either.

The noise canceling allows me to easily hear my music and limit the amount of surround sound I hear when people are slamming weights and the gym is playing their own music over the speakers.Charging these headphones is an easy task because putting them in the case for 30 minutes gives them a full battery or 5 hours of listening time. It also only takes an hour to charge the case to full battery.The downside of this product is that the price is on the higher side being close to $250.00 which may be a deal breaker for some consumers.Compared to other headphones for example the Beats Studio Buds I feel that the AirPod Pros are better because while they are both small and lightweight the AirPod Pros have a better microphone quality and noise canceling feature. The Beats Studio Buds on the other hand do have a better battery life and cost only $150. Therefore it comes down to you as a consumer and which features you prefer along with what you can afford.I prefer the AirPod Pros because they make listening to music easier.

audible screeching noise, hearing damage?

Awful. made an audible screeching noise this morning (out of my ears) on 50% volume thats given me physical pain in my ear drums & a loud ringing all day.
