The aesthetic design being slimmer and lighter sounds like your usual Apple percentage lingo to make the thinnest devices possible… but hey, this time it’s true and worth it. The aluminum jet.black watch 46 mm is amazingly light and I’m using the Milanese loop, with a textile band it’s even lighter. For sleep it’s soooo much more comfortable and gotta tell you this years aluminum jet black kind of competes with the titanium dark slate… saw them side by side and preferred the aluminum.

My first Apple Watch and I really like it. I got the aluminum 42 mm with small/medium blue cloud sports band. I have a very small wrist and it doesn’t overwhelm it, plus the sport loop is comfortable ( couldn’t wear rubber due to allergies). The screen is easy for me to read without my reading glasses. Still figuring out all the functions, have been using the exercise app, which is great.absolutely love the Snoopy clock face. I wanted the safety of a watch in case I fall, as I get older and like that this is so lightweight I can’t feel it on my wrist. The blue cloud color is almost a soft grey, really like, which makes it able to wear with anything.

Usual Apple quality and premium feel, as expected.I went for the larger option strap - medium to large. I need it on the smallest setting, not what I was expecting as a 6ft, 12.5 stone male. I would recommend going for the smaller option if you're a similar size.Set up was fairly easy once I'd updated my phone to IOS 18.Frustratingly, it comes with a magnetic charging cable with a USB C connection (at the wrong end), but not a USB C plug / charger. I'll be charging it with my previous Apple Watch charger that has a standard USB connection for now.
I love my new watch. Larger and thinner than my previous watch makes every thing more visible while not being bulky.I have a very thin wrist and while the size of the watch is great I really don’t like the Milanese loop band. The fasteners that connect the band to the watch protrude quite a bit past the watch case and this made for a very uncomfortable fit, I also got this band with my previous watch and it didn’t wear well. The very thin metal wires that make up the mesh of this band wore through leaving sharp edges .I replaced this band with a gold colored metal band with a clasp. and got a much better look and fit.
I was not going to upgrade from the Series 9 to the Series 10 originally. But Best Buy made a trade-in offer I could not pass. That said I had not expectations but after using it for a day I can tell it feels much nicer on the wrist. It's like it somehow sits closer. Also the screen got 1mm bigger but it feels much bigger than that somehow on the Jet Black model as you can't spot it that easy when it transitions from screen to bezel. Hopefully the new Jet Black won't get as scratch as the iPhone 7 once was. Will update this review in the future if it gets too intense as I use it with no case
Moving from the series 5 to the series 10. Feeling a little lost with some of the settings but a really nice change. Apple get that suit for the blood oxygen sensor done. Having a watch that has all the bells and whistles (short the oxygen sensor) is really cool. The large face and slimmer profile I really like. Being that my series 5 will no longer be supported I think well capitalism at its finest. But the fast charging is crazy. I won’t be able tell you able all cause to get full access to all the features for 30 days. Cause it needs to build a profile for all my habits. Which I’m anxious to see what the responses will be. But I’m sure it could improve my life.
This being my second Apple watch purchase, any both perched from Very. The first bought 5 years ago (series 5) and still going strong, other than Apple’s decision to stop supporting the series 5 with updates. So with the new series 10 release, and the reliability of my old watch it was for me a no brainier. The new watch being 5 generations newer does come with a few more updates and improvements, it does however seem a lot more responsive when carrying out its tasks, the other thing that stands out is the Battery life 100% improvement. So far I’m very happy with my new purchase, and looking forward to the next 5 years with this watch. And thanks to Very for their hassle free order, and delivery process.
I traded in my Series 9 for the Series 10 due to getting a very solid trade offer for it. While there isn't much of a difference functionality-wise, the new Jet Black color is so much more sophisticated looking in person than the previous Midnight color. The Series 10 also noticeably sits lower on the wrist due to it being thinner. The larger screen space is a plus, as well as now being able to see the screen at pretty much all angles (see included picture). I am very please with it, and feel that it was a nice upgrade from the Series 9.Note: I likely would have not traded the Series 9 if it wasn't for the really good trade offer I got for it, but I am glad that I did!
so i wanted to trade in my apple watch 8 for the new apple watch. Bestbuy offered me 190 for my previous watch. then Bestbuy never gave me the trade information like the shipping label which i need in order to send the old watch back. So one person on the bestbuy chat told they would get back with within a few days , and look into the system error that was preventing me from getting a label .Yesterday Bestbuy told me to go to the store and get issue resolved. so today at the store, they were going offer me $130 rather than the $190 agreed too. so i have to go back on Friday to see i get the full $190. so right now i am not even sure if i going to keep this new watch. I have trading in befoew ith Samsung, and Apple without any problems! I would avoid Bestbuy at all ... Moreso i wanted to trade in my apple watch 8 for the new apple watch. Bestbuy offered me 190 for my previous watch. then Bestbuy never gave me the trade information like the shipping label which i need in order to send the old watch back.
