I've used this when I worked in a design company, and was really impressed with it. This was an upgrade from my old iPad so I am familiar with the interface and Apps. It arrived in high quality, sleek packaging which was minimal. Set up was straight forward and the iPad led the way with clear instructions. Everything that was on my old iPad (in Cloud) was simply transferred to the new one. This is why I use Apple products (and keep them till almost obsolete) because I need clear, obvious, user friendly design. The device in black is very slim, light and high quality feel. Great Until it Breaks

Smaller and lighter than the gen 3 this one was supposed to replace, easier to carry around in my purse or hip-bag. Love how much more storage is available for music and pictures. Battery life is awesome, can last for days if music is the only thing you're doing and wifi/ Bluetooth is turned off so you don't waste battery life searching for a signal. I don't use the camera much but on the few occasions I have, the picture quality has been exceptional. The fingerprint scanner safety feature is cool, but highly sensitive and won't always recognize my finger, but since that is not the only way to sign into the device it's not a big deal for me. The only reason I would not recommend this product is that it is apparently not as well built as the gen 3 since 1 year and 2 months after purchasing, (after the apple warranty has expired of course) it has broken out of the blue, after suffering no accidents or rough handling. As of this morning, the audio port no longer holds the earbud jack steady and skips through songs and shocked my ears when I tried to see if it could still play music. 95% of the time I am using this device it is for music so I'm rather frustrated and baffled as to how this could happen. And before anyone asks it's not the earbuds themselves, I tested them on 2 other devices with no issues. I read many reviews on either end of the rating spectrum for this device before purchasing and decided as long as it didn't arrive broken I should be safe. I have devices far older than this that have been through worse that are still working in near perfect condition. Even my gen 3 which fell in the bathtub still works, minus a camera which glitched out and had to be removed, and is still going strong. I will be going back to that iPad until I can figure out how to repair this one without paying the price of a new one.

Not the best,I got it and it had so many scratches. It seems as if the previous owner didn't take care of it and now I'm having to deal with it. Hopefully some of y'all are having better luck than me. I'm also very disappointed because Wal-Mart says that they do a full inspection on the electronics before they're delivered but somehow mine was broken and didn't work properly. I do NOT recommend buying this tablet. Now I gotta get a refund and search for a new/reasonable priced ipad.

Just like new, highly recommended.

Very well pleased with purchase. The iPad is perfect and looks like new, not a scratch on it. Comes with a carry case that doubles as a wireless key pad that would be nice if you chose to use it like a desktop computer, but I don’t use it. Instead I bought a protective case, much like a otter box style and use the pad that way. The ear buds are great, only issue was there was no charger cord for them. I bought a charger cord on eBay for less than $4, so no big deal. Anyway, a very good buy for a real nice iPad.

Looks nice but won’t allow any updates

Item arrived in a timely manner. Cosmetically, it looks great.Something is not working right with the device items, though, %26 it’s probably due to it being refurbished. We were able to set everything up as a new iPad, but when it comes to trying to update it, the option to “update %26 install” is grayed out. The device is stuck on IOS 12.3 %26 will not allow us to update it beyond that. We have one more thing left to try, but if that doesn’t work, we will be returning the time bc our daughter can not download many of the games from the Apple Store because they require is 15 or higher.

Not too bad

I recently ordered the “iPad 5th Gen, 9.7” in “good” condition. Although you get what you pay for, I feel as if the packaging could have been a bit more secure. Upon receiving the iPad, I could hear the item moving around the box and only the screen was protected with a foam sheet. There was no damage to my order, but I would have expected better packaging. As for the iPad itself, it was in “good” condition and it works properly. I would suggest others to purchase through plug.tech if looking for pre-owned apple products.

I purchased an iPad Air 5th Generation, 9.7-inch, 128GB, Space Gray, Silver…I purchased on Feb. 1, 2023 and paid for 2-day express shipping but received it on Feb. 6th. 20232nd I paid for the iPad Air 5th Gen., 9.7-inch, 128GB, I didn’t receive any paperwork with it and the wrapping wasn’t very secure, also I received one that only has 32GB of memory,I didn’t realize this until it started acting up on March 3, 2023, I tried to troubleshoot but alas nothing worked now it’s April and even the insurance (All-State) I purchased through Walmart is giving me the runaround. Watch out and double think about what you’re buying here!

I wanted a cheap ipad for some extra productivity at work. There’s only a few apps I liked that were ipad only, and I saw an ad on tiktok about cheap recycled products. I saw a fairly new (2017) ipad for $140, eco condition. I figured it would get more scratches anyways, so I might as well go with that. So far, I have only found 1 noticeable scratch, which is in the black bezel, where you can only see it in certain light. The only deep “scratch” was a pin sized hole that I only found when I was putting a screen protector on it. Now that the SP is on it, I can’t even find it. Used it all day from 100% at 7AM to 34% 12 hours later, constantly unlocked using as a wireless remote for professional audio board and black magic streaming controller. iPad 5th generation was a very good iPad with a super long battery life.

Honestly. I gotta say that this is the best iPad ever. Why. When i first started using it in December 2017 the battery life was almost perfect. It lasted certainly greater than 12 hours more like 15 hours and i just could not believe it. Right now the battery life is getting smaller but still lasted longer than 4 hours which is unbelievable to me. The touch screen and the screen quality of it was amazing to me.
