I'm so very pleased with my new iPad for a few reasons.My husband saw me looking at the presentation of the iPad over and over on QVC when it was a TSV recently with [I think his name was Justin] presenting clear easy to understand in depth details about this product to someone like me whose a total non-tech woman. He was one of the most best vendors at showing me how to connect it was so easy.. I was thrilled setting up with my husband giving me a very few minor points as he's non tech too lol. Were older and not aware of all the new tech things out there.It connected just by setting it near my old iPad as Justin said and I was sold on that, the accessories are neat to have I may use now and then. Love the long cord and this fast C charger I think it's called.I have gold jacket as it was a last minute buy so maybe will get a different color later that closes w/o a magnet like my older one IF they still make that. It's a more of flat gold color meaning not over the top shiny, very nice and calming shade.The iPad to me felt a bit looser in the cover/jacket but that was for the keyboard option I'm sure which is nice since I have a partial painful torn rotator cuff and can't reach up with my arm right now very well.I'll use it w/o the keyboard out of habit and use the stand provided at times I like along my QVC cloth stand. I like the stand even for my phone.The camera is so much better then my iPhone bought 5+? years ago. I bought the iPad with more storage. Great purchase!!

the ipad 9th gen is very fast and reliable. Previously I had a samsung galaxy a8 tablet and it was horribly slow not saying that all android tablets are slow they're are some incredibly fast ones if you spend enough money.pros: good size, fast, decent storage space, hopefully this new ipad coming out has a standard 128gb can play games like call of duty easily 60fps high graphics fortnite etc.cons: wish it had a headphone jack because airpods are expensive but is what it is. Definitely more storage would be awesome and maybe apple could add sd card slot lmaocamera: quality is not bad just don't expect high end photos or videos with an ipad ever to be honest politely don't be one of those people.is it worth getting? Essentially you're getting 10.2 inches of a big screen with universal apple pens available however only apple 1st gen works with this and not 2nd gen.

Apple is much more likely to be approved for use in schools (exams etc), though Chromebooks are also now deeply entrenched. I’d say iPads dominate grades 1-6, Chromebooks take over high school, and iPads replace notebooks in college classes (with MacBooks dominated the dorm and apartments desks).5. 64gb of standard storage is a significant upgrade over the 8th gen and matches the 10th gen, with almost three times the available (after iOS and pre installed apps) storage on prior 8th gen entry level iPad.6. 3gb of RAM handles App switching slightly faster than the prior 2gb.7. It’s fast. Faster than almost all Android tablets even now.8. Very accurate colors and great brightness make for better Netflix. Before hunting for HDR, make sure your brightness is turned up higher first. A lot of people dial down the brightness, which lowers the contrast range (HDR is all about expanding that contrast range limit).Some negatives:The 10th gen and Air have stereo speakers on left and right sides in landscape, this 9th gen has both of them on the right side.The 10th has USB C, meaning simpler thumb drive transfers IF you have already upgraded to C connected thumb drives. HOWEVER, third party Lightning to thumb drive standard A are now cheaply and readily available, and work fine for me with my existing thumb drives.The camera on the 10th is in the top middle landscape location now. However the camera on the 9th was super upgraded to 12mp and Centerstage, although left in the original iPad location. With Centerstage and improved optics I’m ok with that.This 9th is still current in April 2023 but should be upgraded in the fall. I don’t think Apple will discontinue the concept of two entry level iPads though, just because the 10th is too expensive.
