When I initially purchased an iPad I didn't realize the age of the one I got, did not have issues but was not exactly what I was looking for. After returning the original purchase and obtaining this newer version fit my needs perfectly and have had no issues with the purchase or the product. You guys are amazing and awesome and am glad I found this business. Thank you for the quick turnaround on orders and the easy-to-follow website and instructions.

The switching between colors, sizes, tools, and much more is so seamless that I spend hours on end writing notes now and don't even notice. The iPad itself is very fast, has a decent capacity for 64gb, and the screen is very clear. It caught bad glare especially with an OtterBox defender cover, and it was heavy and thick. Battery life was also so-so. I quickly realized that this was bargain bin Ipad, and you get what you pay for.Thankfully, I was able to unload the iPad 6 on swappa and pickup an Air 3. I couldn’t be more pleased. Avoid - Below average acoustics
7 October 2019

The 5.9 mm thick form factor is just not suitable for satisfactory acoustics. The speaker chambers are severely compromised. Badly Designed!!. The iPad Air 2, 2018 iPad,2019 iPad all sound so much better thru the onboard speakers. The designers somehow forgot that this is an audio visual device. The screen is top notch though. But for $ 459 the sound sucks. The speakers are tinny and overbright and the sound is just not right. I struggled with the sound for several hours - trying to make peace with it but gave up. Returned to Walmart for a very prompt no questions asked refund. Five stars for the Walmart transaction but Apple gets only 2.

Excellent IPad (Almost Pro)
7 January 2020

This iPad is the Best overall iPad to own. It has a massive 10.5inch screen. The display is crisp, with amazing color accuracy. The display is also laminated with ant-reflective coating, which is A+++This thing is a powerhouse, it can take anything you throw at it. From spreadsheets, gaming and photo editing. It’s not the budget iPad, and it’s not an iPad Pro. But an iPad that’s in the middle. Best of both in a way. I think if your looking to do a little bit of everything, this will be your best bet. If your looking to do heavy design and photo manipulation apps, then the Pro might be a better option. Otherwise, this is hands down a fantastic iPad.

Glitchy and erratic, not as bulletproof as earlier generations
5 April 2022

I had the first generation iPad and in a sense I wish I still had it as it operated so flawlessly and without any problems. I can't say that of this current generation of iPads as it is glitchy and often problematic, frequently freezing up, which is EXTREMELY frustrating. I've updated software and ensured I have sufficient free space on it, but it makes no difference. I've taken it to the Apple store and it has replicated the problem but they had no solutions. Sadly, Apple quality seems to be on the decline now.

Good Balance of Performance and Value
29 December 2019

Purchased this for my father in law. He needs to work when traveling, but without the bulk of a laptop. The Air is a good balance of performance and cost. It has a larger screen, two gen newer processor, and more storage options (compared to the basic iPad). I have the 9.7 iPad Pro and will probably look at a newer one soon. I needed more processor and storage which is why I went with he Pro. I showed him the functions of iPad OS which includes using a mouse and USB thumb drive access. He needed to sign documents, so the ability to use the pen worked out good. The pen is good to take notes and sign documents. I would really think about whether you really need it or would use it enough. At $100.00 it is a little pricey. The pen is good to take notes and sign documents. I would really think about whether you really need it or would use it enough. At $100.00 it is a little pricey. By the time you purchase the tablet, case, and any accessories you are adding up some $$$. See if someone you know has one and will allow you to test it out. Numbers, Pages, and Adobe Reader pretty much does what he needs. I believe Microsoft Excel, Word, etc are read only on devices 10.1 inches or larger. You have to purchase Office 365 to modify/create documents otherwise, but you may want to investigate that. The mouse cursor is a little odd (a circle) but never the less it functions pretty well. The Air also uses the lightening connector, which is the same as his phone. You will need an adaptor for the USB feature. Make sure you purchase one that has the power and USB ports. This allows you to charge it while using the USB and some USB drives; require the power to work. We also purchased a case that has a keyboard built in. It looks and functions like a laptop. Also you can quickly separate them if you only want to read with the tablet. Just compare the models and find someone that uses tablets when purchasing one. To say its a laptop replacement would depend on your needs, so again do a little research. Ask some friends what they use and or have them show you what they have. Prices can vary quite a bit from the basic iPad to the Pro models.

Great For Everyday Use
7 March 2020

I bought the iPad because I was tired of using my iPhone for everything. Lets face it, nowadays the services that everyone uses have better apps than websites because everything has gone mobile. A PC just makes it difficult to get full use of services (looking at you Comcast/Xfinity). The iPad makes a great compromise between getting more screen space on a PC, but gives you most of the functionality of an iPhone. The other great thing, if you have an iPhone, the two work together fairly seamless. As long as a my iPhone is close, I can make phone calls, send and receive text messages so, iPad becomes a giant iPhone. The iPad is lightweight, so throwing it in my backpack every day to take work or trip is not a big deal. Improved iPad Air
17 February 2021

Many of the improvements of this iPad Air over previous versions are somewhat subtle. However, after working with two previous versions of the hardware, the screen response to tactile interaction (touching it) is improved and more accurate. The full frontal screen adds additional viewing area. The touch button is integrated into theon/off button and does a better job of detecting fingerprints than even the previous version with the facial home button. Overall well worth the improvements. The speed of the processor takes full advantage of the newest processor. Overall, well worth the added cost!

Review of 10.5" iPad Air (2019) - 64 GB, Space Grey
6 August 2020

Good Points: - Great performance, for example can place a Twitch stream in the corner of my screen as I use ProCreate.- Design is sleek and lightweight.- Lots of memory even in standard model.- Display is great, very clear and vibrant.Improvement Points: - Battery life isn’t great. It takes a very long time to reach full from 0%, then it doesn’t last as long as I’d like.- Apple Pencil accessory is temperamental, iPad often disconnects it for no reason. Also difficult to see how much battery the Pencil has left on the iPad, as sometimes it notifies me, other times it doesn’t.
