I was going to buy the iPad Pro but in all conscience couldn't justify the extra expense. This is a swap for my old iPad Pro, the original version. I wanted extra size and extra memory, this fits the bill nicely. Super light and with an ESR case to absorb shocks if dropped it's happy being held for any length of time. The screen is nice and bright and having the extra size means I can enlarge my fonts without cramping the space. Plenty of room to view photos and edit, which is quite important for me. Glad I may the purchase. The additional 2 years of cover you get with JLP is also a worthwhile consideration. I will also advise I took advantage of the Cashback scheme, all very simple to use and payment was quick and efficient.

Amazing!! Excellent iPad

Honestly for the price I was expecting worse.. BUT THIS IPAD IS GREAT. It came only charged at 10 percent also in some... Weird packaging but I charged it up and saw that is was completely fine! It goes up to iOS 12.5.7 which isn't an issue because the art app I use works on it. YouTube, Pinterest, and Other apps don't work though but I have been using the websites. If you are looking for a cheap bare minimum iPad THIS IS FOR YOU!!! I have been drawing on this thing all day and night haha. Only complaint is there are specs of dirt under the screen from when someone put it back together. it's really annoying but other than that there are no dents or scratches. VERY slow charging but get a new cord or charge it overnight. Amazing product for more than half the price

First let me start by saying I have never dealt with a company that will not respond. Walmart customer service has tried several times to no avail….I bought 2 of these iPads for my grandsons, and yes I knew they were refurbished, they were for a 4-6 yr old to watch YouTube kids and download their games. What I was not aware of was the fact 1. They download a game and the screen goes black. 2. Chargers were included and neither work. 3. Seller has been contacted and is saying I knew they were older, and YES he is correct I did. Don’t recommend unless it’s a 1st iPad

I do not recommend this IPad! When I opened the box up there is a sticker on the back of it that said “the property of some school in California” I thought that was weird. Like whoever restored the IPad didn’t think to take this off. So, anyways I turn it on so I can set it up because I got it for my daughter as a Christmas gift and I wanted to set it up and have her favorite apps all ready downloaded. But, I couldn’t do that it would not let me download You tube or Disney her favorite apps. Ok so I move on to games and educational apps it was so limited to what I could download. It needs to be updated. However I thought at least You tube could be downloaded. It’s her first iPad that’s why I got it restored to see how well she would take care of it. Horrible!

When I received the product for one the outside quality was horrible. It was not at all the description said it would be. I was expecting a few scratches no big deal right. It’s refurbished. It still had the stickers from like an elementary or middle school on it. The backs were way more than a little scratched up. It looked like a bunch of cats used it has a scratch post to be honest. The iPads I received were silver and the description and receipt said they were black. So I almost wasn’t able to return them. To top it off when I tried to set them up and get them running for my daughters there was a key lock on them which needed the previous owner to take their information off %26 God only knows who that is!! Not all items shipped

We ordered this max book with wireless mouse and headphone. We received the max book but not the mouse and headphones. Instead of them just sending the missing items the policy is to return the item buy a new one and when they get and feel like it return the money.This was a birthday gift for our daughter who’s birthday is in two days. The agent called this seller and they said they would do nothing except have us buy again and hope we get the right stuff. Be very very careful ordering. We haven’t tested the unit yet so can’t comment on the overall condition.If I could give zero stars I would for their customer service.

Perfect forwhat I need it for

I ordered the ipad Air because I needed a tablet for my guitar lessons. I knew when I bought it that it was outdated. (I did my research) so I was not expecting an ipad pro or something. It arrived super quick with good packaging. I can't get some of the latest apps, but I can get what I need. Great buy. Screen is scratch free and only blemish is two small dents in the back. I love it and will be back to get my Granddaughyers an ipad mini a piece. So don't expect a Cadillac, but more like a very good Mustang and your all set. Can't stress enough, as long as you know what your getting, you will be happy. After all it was only 79 bucks. Enjoy!

Still waiting for help

I purchased this IPad for my 86 year old mom for Christmas. Due to health issues she didn’t get this IPad until middle of January. Charged and ready to go the IPad except IPad will not work past the Home Screen. Took this back to the local Walmart whom also tried to login but couldn’t. Said we needed to start a refund from the company that sold IPad. Refund started email sent on the 30th. Email started they would reply in 48 hours. Now February 8th and still waiting for any response from Wireless Source. Sent another email message. My receipt says can be returned until February 28th. Not sure what to do next. One thing for sure. I will not purchase something from Walmart that they don’t take responsibility for merchandise.
