I am very disappointed-I was not sent a NEW device! It was not in the authentic Apple box. There was no Apple instruction leaflet. There was no warranty. I could not get it to set up to beyond the Software upgrade 15.2. I had to get Apple technical support. We finally got it working with 2 hours of effort. The Apple staff said it was obvious this was NOT purchased in as new condition. Quite possibly had been a display model or was a pre-used/pre-owned model. I was almost at the stage of sending it back to MyDeal and ask for a full refund. If it ceases to function within the next year, I will return it. When I buy an apple product I expect a NEW product in an Apple box with Apple warranty and Certification! I did NOT receive this!!!

I think after his favorite panda, this is his second favorite thing that he owns. He is really proud of his iPad mini. He uses for games and mostly YouTube kids. He also like to look through all the pictures and take pictures. Since all our phones and iPads are connected through iCloud we all can see his pics. It’s so cute. His favorite pics are the ones when I was pregnant and him as fat clumsy baby 🥰

I have purchased this ipad mini 4 from Amazon and it's good enough for me just to watch netflix!! I'm surprised it's running pretty fast with a very clear. It's a affordable price ipad, I think I spent about $200 on this one and I love it. . I like that the screen is not huge and it is compact enough to just throw in a bag. In addition, there’s so many things that it’s useful for and I haven’t had a problem with it at all. Finally, the images are still vivid and the spreed is like brand new. I like that my applications transfer from my iPhone to the IPad so that I can pick up where I left off. If you're going to buy this for your kids this is a very good choice also good price!!

They keep up with updates very often and there’s tons of things in the App Store. I was really excited to get this iPad because it had cellular data on it through ATT. If you’re spending this much on electronics then you probably should try to keep them safe. They do fall sometimes even if you’re a very careful person.

The ipad mini 4 was in good shape. It came in a generic box with a charging cable (usb-c to lightning) and a charge plug (generic) . The only sign of wear was the charging port on the iPad that had signs of usage and the head phone port. The charging cable it came with no longer works, it did when it got to my house but after the 3rd use it stopped charging. Luckily we had extra cables to use. The iPad was a gift to my 8 year old daughter and she seems to be able to use it for about 2hours playing roblox with friends until it needs to charge again. I've turned down the brightness and set it on low power mode to make her gaming session last longer, the battery isn't all that great. Purchase at your own risk.If I could give it a zero I would. I bought these two ipad mini 4 tablets for my twin daughters birthday presents. I bought them a month and a half in advance. Wish I set them up and used them a little to see how they worked. They wont hold a charge and now I cant return them. I purchased $300 paper weights for my daughters. Best Buy does not guarantee their work or give any kind of warranty or device insurance on refurbished/preowned devices.Now they have useless tablets that I cant afford to fix or replace.

Makes life easier and it fits perfectly right

Such a cool little gadget. I spend hours everyday streaming and scrolling through apps and reels. Very fast charger, the Bluetooth headset was an amazing upgrade, most people wish they got something like this. The internal memory is phenomenal and the loading speed is precise. The case was also a great plus. The pre-installed temper glass really adds dual protection. A great way to surf the web

Used to be good, now having major problems

I got the iPad Mini 4 back in 2018, right after Christmas. For the longest of time, it served me very well. Although, I began to notice the performance began to decrease during at least late 2019-mid 2020. My iPad is basically my second computer, too! I use it for animating, drawing, and a lot of other stuff. Just recently, it stopped connecting to the internet, and now I'm worried that I will have to factory reset. iCloud and iTunes did not do a good job backing up all my items, in fact it barely got a sixteenth of what's on my Mini 4. I'm hoping I could a new iPad for Christmas. Maybe a refurbished M1 iPad Pro, but I don't care what I get. I just need a fully-functioning iPad.

Well worth the money!

After years of struggling with Android and Amazon Fire tablets, my wife and I finally decided to try an Apple product. Are we ever glad we did. Although this product is a couple of generations old, it arrived looking like new. After charging it up, the setup process was straightforward and easy to do. The best thing about it is it just works. No more fighting with keeping the device connected to the wi-fi. Well worth the money we spent on it.
