I ordered a refurbished iPad mini (6th gen) for my 6 year old. I would not normally buy a refurbished product but I couldn't justify the expense of a brand new iPad for him. I ordered it from Walmart, from seller iPower Resale and it arrived 'open box' but otherwise in as-new condition, with power adapter and cable still unused. Very happy, thanks.

They shipped me a wrong color not working iPad for my daughter birthday it’s all the way damaged in the cheap other box it won’t turn on even and keep freezing on language set up and won’t go any further totally disappointed and just returned it. Hope to get my down payment back they charged me the full price of new iPad.

Perfect condition. No scratch’s or dents. Works perfectly, charge time is as expected. Couldn’t be happier. It’s just like buying one at the Apple Store.
I received my item in really good condition. No scratches and the screen had no cracks, and it came with a screen protector. I took it off just to be sure it wasnt cracked. I haven't turned it on yet but overall really good purchase.
Ordered purple. Got gray/silver. Disappointing. My boyfriend would rather keep his birthday present than have to wait for the process of return and exchange. Spending $400 usually means care and quality lol. Guess not.

The item I received was supposed to be refurbished and what I received was an iPad that clearly was not inspected by anyone, the screen was full of deep scratches, the item did not match the description
