Ordered the iPad Pro 9.7 inch at a discounted price. Arrived on time. Started, and set it up, downloaded the latest updates, and so far, so good. Excellent picture quality. Although I haven't tried everything as yet it appears to be a typical, great Apple Product. Because of its intended use I opted for the Wi-Fi version in lieu of the 4G. Purchase through Walmart was simple, and delivery as mentioned on time. If ordering a case be sure and verify the correct size. In the process of exchanging the 12 inch case for a 9.7 inch.

There are a few things that I don't like: Charging takes pretty long, even with the faster plug. The Apple Pencil charging method is silly. Lightning port. I do recognise that the last two issues have been resolved with the newer models and I am happy for this. Overall, this product has exceeded my expectations and is one of my favourite purchases of this year. If you can find a good deal on this, get it!

This opened box iPad was in perfect condition! It looks and feels new and it works with no issues whatsoever. They did an amazing job refurbishing. The add ons like the cover and screen protector and also the pen were great the pods not so much. Haven’t been able to get them to pair. But that’s ok, we don’t need them. Overall, this was a great purchase! Very happy! If I was to make one little suggestion is about the packaging. Although it was wrapped in bubble wrap it was still a bit loose in the fe d ex box and they can be not so gentle. I would stuff the package to avoid shaking of the product.
I would love to get this company five stars However, I just cannot. My daughter has had this tablet since 1 June and the screen is already cracked. Now mind you she has a case all the way around it a very expensive case. And how did the screen crack you ask a piece of plastic dropped onto the screen, and the screen cracked and spiderwebs. Now I have had lots of tablets throughout the years and iPads probably five or six and I have never had one break so easily. I am completely disappointed and heartbroken because this was her birthday gift..

Upon arrival the iPad needed to be charged, the included charger worked fine. I was very surprised to see the unit I received had a perfect screen with no scratches. The back of iPad’s aluminum body was also in near perfect condition. However 3 out of the 4 front corners and the power button did have some small gouges into the metal (see photos for details). I purchased a case for this iPad and the case covered the corners so that didn’t bother me much. After the iPad was fully charged I connected it to my MacBook and used a program called coconutbattery to inspect the battery health of the iPad. After using one of these refurbished iPads for over a month I have not had any issues and would highly recommend one of these units to anyone looking for an inexpensive iPad Pro.
This product is in great condition. It works great and has only minimal scratching that I can see. My son said there were a few minor cracks on the screen, but they must be really tiny because I can't see them at all. Either way, they haven't caused any issues in functionality. And the battery life is incredible. This is my first iPad, so I guess other people already know, but the battery lasts forever. Overall, this was a great purchase and I'm really happy with it.

It ties in with the phone so you can recieve and make calls without phone being next to you!
