The entire experience of purchasing the iPad Pro to the unit itself has been and is fantastic. I am currently writing this review on my iPad Pro using my Magic Keyboard from Apple. The 2018 iPad Pro is SO close to the 2020 version that it made way more since to pick up the 1TB version of the 2018 model when it was on a flash sale for $958 (thanks Krazy Koupon Lady). I was worried about OnTrac being the carrier but they delivered the unit on time and in great condition. This model is outfitted with 6GB of RAM, which on iOS is a massive amount given the efficiency of the OS and hardware working together. I do a lot of writing, photo editing and working on custom videos so 1TB of super fast storage was essential. I have been able to move 100% of my workflow I was doing on an older MacBook to the iPad Pro and I am loving having an all iOS ecosystem at this point. If you can find the 1TB on sale I suggest you pick it up and don’t look back.

Purchased this from John and Lewis, fully packed up nicely. Online ordering process was smooth and fast. Collection Staffs at John Lewis dept were helpful. The Ipad is a nice upgrade from M1. Speed boosted. New functions added. The battery seemed to last longer than the last gen. The size is just right for hand held and taking it out with me all the time (EDC). 256GB is the right size for me. 128GB is a bit small these days. I now can edit photos and videos, carry lots of files with me without relying on icloud or any mobie or wifi coverage. The camera lens are absolutly beautiful. People say you dont and wont use ipad size viewing panel for video, I say have you seen many photographer/videographer attached another LED panel on top of their DSLR/Mirrorless or ... MorePurchased this from John and Lewis, fully packed up nicely. Now I dont have that hassel anymore. All in one piece.Like it. Love it.

This product is absolutely great. A fantastic alternative to an apple laptop. You can buy a case with a keyboard and convert it into a full on Macbook. The screen is 12,9' and it is very comfortable to work on.
Far easier to handle than the weighty 12.9 inch iPad Pro, this 11 inch version has it all. It is speedy and versatile and a great improvement on the 2017 version. I can't fault it and use it every day. Speedy delivery from John Lewis at the cheapest price available and JL even includes an extra year's warranty on top of the Apple 1 year (standard). What are you waiting for?
Pros: Love this iPad definitely recommend it,Cons: Excellent product but would have purchased the SIM card model if I’d done more research considering that low price difference.
Pros: It’s easy to use and as a gift for my elderly mother that was most importantCons: None
I love my iPad and the John Lewis experience. What I didn't like was was over the 2-3 days I was researching this product it went up ÂŁ45 before I could buy it, I buy a lot from John Lewis, my favourite store, it left a bad taste.
Needed upgrade from older version. The M2 Chip is great...quick process speed. Very pleased.
I upgraded my iPad Pro from 2018 to 2022 iPad frankly basically the same size in case department. The difference is it a bit quicker than my old 2018 iPad Pro apart from that it's a carbon copy. Apple need to innovate in design and colour choices. Where do I start with pointless plug in the box I'm so confused why you get plug in the box with iPad but doesn't giving you want one with iPhone. How is that saving environment Apple? It's not like I can still use my plug and cable which came with my iPad Pro 2018.If Apple was trying to save the environment, they would not put a plug in the box in any of the devices apart from the MacBooks/Macs/HomePod mini
